I try to support local businesses as much as I can, but the experience is not always great. I am happy to say that my experience with Perfect Choice auto exceeded my expectations. The owner is extremely professional and I was impressed at how clean and well-kept everything was. He did an awesome job on my car, so much so, that I went back four days later to have it done again. His staff was professional, even in his absence, and they took care of me quickly and professionally. They have my business. I will not take my car to a regular car wash ever again! Try them...you won't be sorry!

I have never had my car detailed professionally until I took it to Perfect Choice Auto in Trenton. It was by far the best decision I ever made!! Conveniently located off Calhoun Street, which is just around the corner from my State job, the shop boasts a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the employees, especially the owner, are experts in car care and treat you and your car like a million bucks. As a busy mom who spends a lot of time in my truck driving my kids and their friends all over NJ for school and travel sporting events, my truck interior and exterior are always neglected. We are on the go constantly, which means eating in the car more often than I’d like. Perfect Choice Auto restored my interior to showroom quality!! It was absolutely amazing. Don’t get me started on the hand wash and clay wax “spa-like treatment” my exterior received! For a MONTH my exterior shined like a diamond!!! I was mesmerized by the perfection! If you are looking for a detail shop, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is the business you want to use for all your car detailing needs!! You just won’t receive the personalized service anywhere else. No car wash can compare. Just like the name indicates, this IS the perfect choice!

I haven’t been to Perfect Choice in a couple of years unfortunately, but they do excellent work cleaning vehicles. I have been there on several occasions, and the detailing they perform is top notch. I taken three of my vehicles there, and they all came back looking fantastic. I took my wife’s car there, and it was in bad shape. When we got it back, it looked like a different car. Another time I took my SUV there because in spilled a gallon of paint on my rear seat floor. Perfect Choice worked for hours to get the paint off the carpet, and you cannot see any sign that paint was spilled. They also did a great job, waxing my other vehicle, and my car still has a great shine today. I would highly recommend this place, and I need to get back over there to have my car detailed again.

This is my new favorite place if I need a good cleaning done on my car. Excellent customer service, very friendly people, and hardly took much time considering the level of detailing that was done on the car. The value for your money is fantastic. I paid $45 for a full detail, wash and wax on an SUV and the quality of the work was beautiful. I'm a detail oriented person, and I couldn't even find any missed spots! Will be back!

I had a lot of dog hair everywhere from my light tan dog on grey surface and carpet and dried on dirt on back of leather seats again from my dog going to dog park every day. Every bit of the dog hair was gone! Not one hair! And all the dried dirt on leather seats was gone. The trim was wiped and polished. The car looks wonderful! They did a great job. I took it in ahead of time for them to look at. Lou looked it over and gave me a fair price. Nice guys, easy to communicate. I'm very very happy with the job they did. Their prices are also very fair. I highly recommend Perfect Choice to everyone. I would definitely go back again. Just a note: it's a little out of the way and first time I went was hard to find...a little remote. Second time was fine.

Great service, great full detail. I saw the other reviews but I’ve never had issues and I’ve been a few times for full detail and just a car wash. They walked through the car with me when I picked it up to make sure I was satisfied. I was worried about some stains because I lease but they’re now gone. I will only go to perfect choice because they’re friendly and professional and they really want their customers to be happy. They do great work. I highly recommend. They also do mobile detailing which is pretty convenient.

First of all, I would like to thank all the people that gave to Perfect Choice Auto business and his owner Razz - 5 Stars! Because of you, I was able to get a "GEM" Audi A6 from Razz himself. What can I say? Short of a MIRACLE in this day and age. Razz hand-picks his cars, mostly cars that are traded in by people, in many cases one owner. Cars are kept very well, and you also can ask for the Carfax review. Great family business! with low taxes and fees and everything is upfront. No sneaky behavior, but pure open communication. I will continue to buy cars from Razz for my kids. One suggestion – You have to move very quickly in a car that you like because they are sold very fast. Underage workers and lazy workmanship! First of all I was told my car would be ready at 3 and was dropped off at 9am. I called to check and was told they needed till 330 but to please remember they close at 4. I sat till 440 and waited while two, roughly 11 year olds worked on my truck. They were able to improve heavy stains from seats and carpet, but missed entire areas and even lost mats and small parts. I didn't notice this till I was home and every time I called I was told "We a re still looking for your stuff" and my calls were never returned. Heres just some of my complaints: Door jams were filthy, I found crumbs under the seats, and the tops of windows where they meet the seal were not cleaned, Dirt in all the crevices around steering and dash, they wiped protectant on my touchscreen, All this for 300 this place is trash.
