Great job done on my car in and out. Buffed all the scratches out and has my paint looking great again. Cleaned my carpets and seats which was a feat because I’m a mechanic. Great overall and would recommend to everyone.

I was referred to Riccardo by a reference at A prominent auto shop. I contacted him and he requested to see my car in person so he could determine the price. I obliged and met him at his shop where he determined the full price would be over $320. I told him no that I was good. I wasn’t expecting that price and I began to walk away. He then stopped me and said he would charge me $290. I hesitated and said OK given that I trusted my Reference and was excited for how beautiful my car would look afterward. So he picks up my car when he brings it back, I notice him standing against his car, doesn’t take the time to walk me through his “good “ work. Mind you I come out smiling and excited and he just stands there and doesn’t say anything to me. I open the passenger side door first and the first thing I noticed is popcorn in between the passenger seat. I said to him, did you guys even vacuum? And he said with an attitude. “What?” And I said because there’s popcorn in between the seat. And he comes over with an attitude as if I put the popcorn there and then he’s like “oh”. He removes the popcorn and then I go on further and ask him. Did you remove the seats like you said you were going to do? He doesn’t answer. I asked him again, did you remove the seats. No answer. I asked him for third time. Did you remove the seats like you said you were going to do as part of the Detailing service. He said “no it didn’t need it.” Then I go onto inspect the outside of the car which had no detailing service at all. And I asked him why wasn’t the outside detail. He says that’s not included with the service. And I am about to flip out and I’m like what!? He led me to believe that this was an interior and exterior job. I would have never agreed to pay $290 , just for my interior, as it was generally pretty clean except for my driver side seat carpet. I turned to him and I tell him, you charged me $290 and you didn’t even remove the seats nor detail the exterior of my car.? He starts to ramble how he’s been in this business for 15 years and nowhere would they ever do interior and exterior for $290. Which is a lie. he said something basic wash only. He then just stands In my apartment parking lot and is holding my keys hostage and won’t return it until I give him the full $290 despite him not completing the full detailing service that we had agreed upon. I just pay him so he can leave because I’m incredibly angry and I don’t wanna make a scene in front of my apartment building. I later noticed that he didn’t clean the seatbelts as he initially told me was part of the detailing. I text him and I ask him why the seatbelts weren’t clean And he never responded. I truly believe if I were a man, he would’ve never treated me the way he did and provide me such garbage service that he did. I felt in my gut he took advantage of me because I was a woman who had approached him by myself and he charged me a ridiculous price got away with not completing the service he told me that I was going to get. My best advice, especially if you’re a woman, take your car to somebody else you know and trust that does good work or to Capital car wash , and get them to detail the interior exterior. They will charge you less and do a better job. The service he gave me was comparable to pulling a random bum with no experience , off the street and asking them to detail your car. The job Ricardo did is mediocre best. I felt in my gut that he genuinely took advantage of me and Up charge me for the worst detailing service I have ever gotten in my life. I noticed all the “good”reviews and question whether they were friends and family given that my experience was so far off from theirs.. I went to his website to see if he had standardized pricing and noticed that he does not have any pricing on his website. So even more reason for him to be at liberty to charge whatever he wanted. I notified the reference who referred me to Ricardo and even he was shocked and said it was unacceptable . Buyer Beware

I wish I had taken before pics of what my car looked like. I normally drive this car to work and over the years it had become extremely filthy. I am in awe of the amazing work "The Wizard" has done!!! It is far beyond what I had expected of what a car detailing should be! It looks better than what a new car should! All my detailing services will be done here forever!!! I will recommend any and everyone I know to come here!!!! Reasonably priced especially for the level of service provided!

However, it was a friend's recommendation, whom the owner had previously offered discounts to, that motivated me to give it a try.
