These guys are great. Fastest place in town, great service, and great prices. Only bummer is they seem to frequently be low on Dexos oil and have to send me to the other Penzoil in town.

Very quick, but was not rushed. They told me exactly what was happening to my car and how much was going into it. Extremely nice and really care about their customers.

Every single worker there knows what he’s doing and it’s great to watch the process! I will be back every oil change!

As a young woman I always worry that mechanics will try to rip me off. They don't here. They are incredibly nice and don't just make things up to make a buck. The people I have met when I have gone there have always been friendly and told me exactly what is happening with my vehical.

Great service. I went to get my oil changed and was planning on heading to autozone to grab some zip ties afterwards to secure some loose plastic. The people at Pennzoil ended up noticing the plastic and resecured it. Also, I had a windshield wiper with a broken attachment piece, they noticed that and replaced it. In addition, they checked my air filter (which was filthy) and gave the option to replace it for $15, I decided not to and they simply vacuumed the old one out. All of this done free of extra charges! These people really know how to go above and beyond. Needless to say, it was my first time there, so I got $15 off my 5W30 synthetic oil change.

They were awesome! My oil looked great so instead of changing my oil they recommended to wait a little bit and filled my fluids for free! I loved their honesty!

Best place to get an oil change I've ever been to. Owner/manager is usually on site, techs are super awesome. I don't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

They weren’t busy at all, I was the only one there and they were all sitting in their cars when I pulled up and had to wait a couple minutes before anyone came over. I was about to leave and should have. They kept saying they didn’t know if they had the right oil filter and the guy who was putting the oil in said he almost put the wrong oil in. I just got the feeling the entire time they didn’t know what they were doing. Never going back there again.

This seems to be my go to stop for an oil change because I appreciate the excellent customer service. Despite seeing different employees...the customer service is always there! Great job management and keep rewarding hard working individuals because customer service makes or breaks a business.

Best oil change experience thus far. Guys are super polite, commented on how well I care for my vehicle, checked her over for scratches and dings, and even went as far as vacuuming out the leaves from under the hood and squeegeeing my windshield! They even took the care to check items I'm not familiar with and actually explained them to me rather than blowing me off as an ignorant female. Will definitely be going back every 3,000 miles!

Had a stuck burnt out headlight. They popped it out and replaced it within 3 minutes. For just a few dollars more than the cost of a new bulb. Completely satisfied with the trip.

Was on my way back from bay city and needed an oil change, called before I stopped in and the owner very friendly, and nice answered any questions I had. Stopped in and they were super fast & friendly! They even didn't mind my dog barking obnoxiously. 😅 will definitely go back & recommend to my family and friends!

I wish I could leave a Zero for a star! I went to this place March 12th to get an oil change and had three clowns working on my car, two of which had their butt hanging out of their pants. No one really wants to see your underwear first of all. They proceeded to strip the drain plug on my oil pan, never said anything put an oversized drain plug in my oil pan and of course it leaks. After a couple of weeks of wondering where the oil spot is coming from, I had it checked out. Come to find out leaking from the drain plug. So as of right now, I have $160 into an oil pan and an oil pan gasket. Hasn't even been installed yet which is going to cost me another $125.. stay away from this place!

Emma changed Cadillacs oil the best. She is the best and I won’t go anywhere but here. I think everyone I have ever seen there was great and deserve only the nicest customers. They work so hard, you can trust them with your vehicle, and I can’t wait to get my oil changed again there!

We went there and the boss was on vacation. Boys lost the right wrench to use on my truck. They used other things and stripped my lugnut, then said they couldn't do it and sent us on our way. Wow! We ended up going to pennzoil on state st. and they did a wonderful job.

A few weeks ago my girlfriend got her oil changed here, and quickly after started seeing oil spots in her driveway, and needed to add oil to it after only a week or two of driving. She brought it over for me to look at, and once I got her vehicle up on ramps found that the oil drain plug was leaking. Her vehicle uses a plastic gasket on the drain plug (not my favorite design, but that's how it was engineered). Evidently whoever worked on the vehicle overtightened it so much that this plastic ring split right apart on one side. I would understand if maybe this gasket was hidden behind the oil drain plug and difficult to see, but it isn't, it's much wider than the diameter of the plug head and you can see the split immediately. You'd have to be blind not to notice. Whatever technician worked on this vehicle clearly could see what they did, and they did not care enough to even take accountability for it or try and fix their blatant mistake. Of course, I tried calling three times to speak to somebody about this and they can't even be bothered to answer their phone during business hours.

This place is terrible DO NOT GO. They either are telling you you dont need an oil change or they are messing something up. First time they didnt put my kick plate back on 2nd time i leaked oil all the way home and in my driveway. Had to get my car towed back up there cause i was scared to even start it. When i got there no one wanted to take responsibility and put the blame on me. Terrible business someone needs to be fired or trained properly. I could of blew my engine because of carelessness.

I had a few warning lights on my dashboard. The three gentlemen working took great care of my vehicle. They checked everything over and made sure I was good to go. Greatly appreciate the customer service!
