Andy, the salesman didn’t push me, that’s a non starter if it happens to me on an auto lot. His demeanor and willingness to help us through the decision-making process was excellent. Sales Manager Marc Price worked with us to get a good trade-in value and Chris Lux made the financial paperwork a breeze. We had an 5-star experience!

I had a great experience here with my wife. My salesman was Kendrick & also dealt a good amount of time with Riley — both very professional & courteous. We were looking for a more spacious ride for my wife to accommodate our growing family. Kendrick provided us the information we needed. We never felt pressured to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the building, we were treated like we were important to them. Enjoyable car buying experience.

I went in to look at a car and was given an APR of 11% for 60 months with a vehicle price of about $21,450 after taxes and fees. I planned to put $3,500 down, which should have placed my monthly payment around $390. Instead, I was presented with a payment of $463 per month—over $70 more with no clear explanation. It appeared that additional fees or products were added without being discussed upfront. I sat with the finance manager, Chris, and repeatedly asked for clarification on where the extra cost was coming from. The explanations were unclear and did not match the numbers originally agreed upon. At that point, I chose to walk away. Overall, this experience felt misleading and a waste of my time. I would advise others to be cautious and thoroughly review all numbers before proceeding at this dealership. Edit: The dealership replied and is trying to change the story and make it seem like something else happened. Really tells you what kind of dealership they’re running.

Absolutely the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with!!! We had to drive to Longview to have our car serviced. We dealt with a number of service managers in the first year we had our car and they would all hide or we were told they were in a meeting. My family recently traded our car in for a new car and when looking for a new or used car we specifically we’re looking for something that if there was a warranty issue, we would not have to deal with any of Peltiers service department. We were lucky enough to deal with Jackson over at Hyndai to buy a brand new car. I’ve had the opportunity to deal with their service department and they are amazing!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PELTEIR!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT WE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!! DO NOT BUY FROM PELTIER!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Sold a vehicle to Peltier Nissan. Process began October 31, 2025. I was told by a buyer who is no longer with them, to expect equity check in 2-3 weeks( the response when I recently inquired was they have no idea what was said). I received a bill of sale but for some reason the title application took a while to be submitted but was processed in Austin at DMV on the 19th of November 2025, being titled to Peltier as owner. Austin Tx, is only 3.5 hours and mail does not take weeks to be delivered. I have several thousand in equity coming to me but there is no urgency nor communication on Peltier’s behalf. I was told the issue was that title had not been received although it was processed and my question to the finance office was with no proof of title how was my vehicle able to be sold to a buyer…..answer was power of Attorney😳! As of 12/18/25……four weeks and counting, the vehicle that was supposedly holding up my equity check because of the title hold was sold last week “without” -title in house. I am sure there were financial transactions! I have not been contacted! They have my number! After no response on 12/18/25, I was contacted by the F & I manager on 12/19/25 saying someone tried to contact me but there is no such call in my phone log. It was me contacting them and complaining and asking to the head manager. The F&I manager said once he arrive this morning he would see if title was there so they could process and issue my owed equity check. Instead of calling, he sent a text saying I could come get my check. Upon arriving I went to his office, while waiting on him to stop talking to a co-worker. I attempted to explain about not receiving a call and he became very belligerent and very unprofessional and stated he was not going to talk to me about it and would go get my check. Upon handing me my check…with no explanation, I noticed that the dates prepared on the check and the check receipt date wad 11/11/25 (November)with today being 12/19/25. So if the title was the hold-up, why was the check prepared last month and not today when the F &I manager said the title had just arrived. Can someone explain this scenario to me because the F &I manager did not! I will add a copy of what I received as proof…..since I was personally told by the F & I manager that I had lied about the details of this ordeal! I documented everything from the Bill of Sale on 10/31/25 up to today, 12/19/25!

My experience with Peltier Nissan is the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. From our first encounter with Phillip Cooper, one of the salesman, to the finance team who helped to finalize our purchase, the process was seamless. Phillip answered all of our questions, had such a pleasant, upbeat attitude, he was so helpful in assisting us in deciding what car would fit our family the best. Everyone had such a joyful attitude & made it so fun & easy. The Piltier Nissan team is so warm and welcoming. I never felt pressured to buy. They truly make you feel special & make you their number one priority while you are there. When we drove off with our new car, we truly felt like we were family. After we bought our 2025 Nissan Murano, Phillip & the team made sure to check in on us to see if we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. They have been AMAZING! We will definitely go back when it is time to buy another car. We are now a part of the Nissan family. Thank you Phillip Cooper, & the rest of the Peltier Nissan team. We appreciate you beyond measure!! May God bless you all as you have blessed our family.

The sales agent just acted like we didn't matter, and seemed like they didn't want our business. Seemed uninterested in even trying to make any kind of a deal. We had an appointment and the agent was on his phone at our appointment time and blew us off to start with. Wouldn't recommend this location. To respond to there feed back. For one the agent never discussed numbers. So the agent just assumed we were white trash. Also I find it concerning that the agent recommend we send the car that we had back and take a repo to get their vehicle. A negative hit that lasts for 7 years. Then, the agent was only trying to push a Rogue on us, which we said we did not want. We were looking for a compact car. Didn't offer any other vehicles that they would work with us on. Not even lower trim models only one vehicle. And when we declined, he said, sorry, have a good day. That to me is not good customer service. Two end this i'm gonna say we went to a different Nissan dealership, and they were willing to work with us and the staff were very nice. They took the time to go over the numbers and put a lot of effort to make a deal. That is what I call good customer service.

Dylan reached out at just the right time(a God thing for sure!). He was very respectful, honest, prompt, and clear in all communication. He had the vehicles I was interested in looking at ready to test when I arrived, and never tried to sway my opinion in any way, and always kept my original, lower, price point in mind whenever I looked at other models. Even though it was the end of the day Dylan and the financing department worked hard and got me the best rate possible, and I was able to drive off in exactly what I wanted! I definitely recommend them!

Worst dealership I got a vehicle from. I was told to give a good review for free gas or for a free car detail, and I’m not about to lie for them for something for free. But the truth of the matter is these people will say whatever under these reviews to make themselves look good. In reality, they are the worst. My buying experience was great, but after getting into the vehicle, it is a whole different story. They don’t even do half of what they say they do. I called multiple times when I first got my vehicle and reported how the vehicle was driving and was told that I would receive a call back. Not once did they call me back until I left a bad review on Google, and that still wasn’t until about a week later after me calling for 5 months straight. Then they followed up under the review I left and said they have reached out to me, but I told them I was unable to drop my vehicle off, which is not true. They wanted me to pay the diagnostic fee for them to check my vehicle out when the vehicle was brand new off the lot, which they claimed it to be and I wasn’t about to do that. Then when I got the vehicle, they put on my paperwork that the vehicle had 10 miles on it, and the vehicle had way more miles on it. Another lie that was made is the comment that they left saying that the miles went up on the vehicle due to them having to test drive the vehicle when I made a complaint about the way that it was driving, which is not true. I made a complaint about the way the vehicle drove the same month I got the car. I didn’t hear back from them 5 months later after that. I had already had my car checked out and worked on, hence to why I never dropped my vehicle off after 5 months of calling because I had to take it elsewhere to get it seen about.

The manager called on Monday to help me with my car’s problems. The solution seems to be close!!! Thank you!!I am leasing a 2024 Frontier. Mechanically the truck is doing great., but my driver’s seat had a little piece broken, a clip. I went to Peltier’s shop (15 days after getting it) to let them know about this. They said that they had to take pictures and have the truck for a couple of days. I took it during the 2024 Thanksgiving break. Today, 2/7/2026 they are telling me this it is not covered by warranty. In between: they dismantled it and when putting it back together broke a little plastic part that keeps the plastic attached to the seat. They also forgot to put back a plastic screw that holds that plastic part to the front of the seat. Today, I asked if they can put that screw back, and the answer was “call the manager on Monday” to see if he can do something. I guess they know how to sell cars, and not how to keep a costumer. If they offer you their maintenance plan, don’t buy it! It is much more expensive than paying for it when it is done! I guess my next maintenance appointments will be at Patterson in Longview.

I purchased a vehicle from them back in November of 2024, it’s a 2019 dodge ram 1500 it was purchased with 50k miles, the truck now sits with right at 70k. I pitched this vehicle with an extended warranty that the salesman said would give me extra coverage and keep me covered for 3 years. In February of 2025 a ball joint broke while I was on my way home, this damage wasn’t covered by Peltier and no one would answer me and what I needed to do next, fast forward to July 8th, 2025, the wheel hub assembly in the opposite side of the vehicle broke while driving home and my entire wheel came off the vehicle, still no answer from anyone at Peltier what so ever I’ve left multiple voicemails and texts via the online message system, I haven’t even had this truck for a year and it’s had not one but two mechanical failures causing excessive damage that should’ve been covered both times, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM, if you do don’t get the extended warranty it doesn’t cover anything

Purchase a used Dodge 2500 from this dealership and 3 payments later the motor is blown. I put $21,000 cash down and now have to find $13,000 to replace the motor and until I find the money, I have to make monthly payments on a vehicle we can’t use. I called and a sales manager can’t even give me a call back. We took a chance, it was mistake making this purchase from their dealership, but would not go back to them. The sales person was great at time of purchase. Edited since the dealership has commented back. I finally got a call back, after I left review. The ONLY option offered was to trade it in. Additionally, I was not offered any type of warranty at time of purchase but they continue say that I was because the staff is incentivized to do so. Agree to disagree that I was offered. At the end of the day, I’m still out $21,000 cash towards a truck that lasted 4 months.

I have been purchasing Nissans for 23 years. For the last several years I always feel robbed but I buy vehicles bc I need them to transport my disabled son. My intelligence is always insulted and I'm always lied to. I don't understand why honesty and business can't go hand in hand. The car advertised for $35,000 + and my paperwork said $36,000 +. Same thing happened when I bought my Altima in 22. Patterson Nissan told me that Peltier always jacks up the price (I already knew that before I went). If they can lie to me then I can tell the truth. I do love my new car but HATE the car buying experience (mostly the finance office) - it taints the car buying process. When you are spending your own money don't allow people to pressure you to overextend yourself. Repo's are at an all time high. Integrity is a great virtue and vengeance belongs to the Lord. Don't let them rob you...think things through and read everything before you sign. I was also told that I could not have the internet price if I used Nissan Finance (which was 3.99% btw). The finance guy (Mr. Lux) told me that I had to use a bank with the higher interest rate to get the lower price.
