The wash didn't even take the cat paw prints off the dust on my windshield. Then the vacuums took my money, didn't work, and there was no way to return my money. Very poor and frustrating experience.

Great car wash. Love the convenience of being close to the highway. Reasonably priced. the service options and quality of the wash are worth every penny in my opinion. If your passing through town this would be a carwash I recommend. None of the big fancy accessories like fancy see through glass building, just a good quality car wash. Does not accept oversized, large RV vehicles, large box trucks or semi's. This is a car, suv or small truck wash. don't think you will be disappointed with choosing this location. Worth a stop to check them out.

Vacuums don't work. Deposited 4 quarters and machine didn't work. Dryers after wash are also weak. Always leave the back of my car wet and worh soap still on it. Taking my money elsewhere.

They recently cut down on the wash cycles, soap, and efficiency. For the increased price, you leave almost as dirty and you went in. My family and I have been using this wash for years until this past couple of weeks. The little amount this business is trying to save will not make up for the amount of customers they will lose soon. Very disappointing but find a new wash. Only giving 2 stars for the convenience of the location.

I have used this carwash twice to date. Once this past winter, and once tonight, and both times where very disappointing. Both times the system failed to clean the outside of the glass sufficiently, let alone the body. I'd appreciate a refund for at least one of these poor outcomes. Paid for the top wash, went into the bay, and it never rinsed the soap off the car and the air blowers never turned on. Had to pay for another wash to get the soap off. Unacceptable!

Man for a $16 car wash I’d expect the water to atleast touch my car. From the picture provided it seems like the robot decided to skip the back of my car. I would say a toddler with a garden hose could probably provide a better rinse that this location. Literally criminal how bad this wash was.

Car came out very clean. Not the cheapest wash in town. But there aren't many laser washes near parma heights. $10 was cheapest option and it did the job!! It also didn't take forever. We will be using this laser wash if I don't have time to hand wash the car.

The dryer only gave me 30 seconds not the full 60 and I did not get a chance to fully dry my car! Not worth $14 if you give a 30 second dry! Very upsetting! Do not recommend! No coming back!

Not a fan. Took my new Bronco in because it is touchless, but a terrible dryer and hard water basically made the wash pointless. White spots everywhere. It didn't even do a good job spraying off road grime. Search continues for a decent touchless car wash.

$14 for a basic wash, I had a bird use my truck as a port o potty. All I cared about was the bird mess and it didn't get it. Windshield also had mess left behind. Soap residue on all my tinted windows, didn't rinse long enough or hard enough to get it off. I only use the laser washes, but I've noticed some are just not as good as others. I cannot recommend this location.

Recently visited the laser car wash. I’ve been going here for a few years now but recently it’s really gone down hill. The free vacuums are nice but this is the second time in a row that the car wash didn’t even clean the car. This time the entire left side of my car was still dirty after washing. Prices went up ($16 for this wash) and quality went down. Super disappointed.

Today was my first visit, and it will also be my last. There were still many dirty spots left on my car doors after the wash. I’ve been to other laser car washes that are cheaper and offer much better quality. I only tried this one because it was convenient while I was passing by, but it ended up being a waste of time and money.

I purchased the package of 5 car washes get 2 free. I always write the date on the back of the receipt so I know how many I have left. Today I went to the car wash and it said I did not have any left. This is the second time this has happened. I tried to buy another package and no matter how I put the credit card in it would not accept it. I tried to 2 different cards. I finally gave up. The machine is very old and needs updating or new machines. There is no exit if you change your mind like I did today. I had to back out and drive down the one way drive the wrong way. Luckily no one was coming. I will not be back. I went to the Wet Go and it was great. Nice big colorful screen, people there to help you.
