Disappointed, run my company vehicles through and my personal vehicle. The front end never gets cleaned. Main reason for getting a wash is to get the bugs off the front. This wash does a very poor job.

Idk know her name. But the blonde lady. The manager dose an amazing job. She’s always kind and respectful always dose my bug wash too. Witch I very much appreciate because in car detial is important to me. Thanks for being an awesome person and working hard. As for the was. No complaints good wash. Perfect this pdq tunnel over the others in the fox valley. Solid wash dose good washes officially drys good.

This carwash does an amazing job getting my vehicle clean. Best part is that my local grocery store offers coupons for $5 off the elite wash on the back of my grocery receipts. Makes it very affordable to get the best wash fir $12... Thankyou PDQ & Festival Foods for making that posdible...

Experience but does a decent clean but vacuums in my opinion don't have a lot of suction. Employees are nice and definitely would go more if it wasn't $8 a basic wash but that's anywhere now days.

I love the employees there! Fantastic management shows with the rest of the employees. Maybe a self serve station, but you need anything and they are there to help. Employees still guide you in, adding to the security of using the facility properly. And yes, the facility does a great cleaning job on your vehicle.

It's okay. I go here because it's convenient. -The wash doesn't wash good enough. Still lots of bugs and stuff on the front end. -Blower at the end doesn't blow all the water off -Vacuum is free and works good enough, not great. -Membership is about 40$ for one of their good washes. I've seen 30$ monthly memberships with better wash results. They need to improve this asap

Service is great. The car wash machines are very slow but worked after a little help. The wash left the truck a little dirty on the back and required a wipe-down. Best part is the free vacuums.

A great spot to clean your car! I especially love their $5 cleaning kits! They include a prepackaged cleaning sponge, windshield wipes, a microfiber cloth and a scented airfresener. It's a nice little pack! Just a heads up, the machine authorizes your card for $10 but adjusts down to $5 for the kit as advertised.

The girl working was super sweet. Not a huge fan of touch car washes but love the dryers here and the free vacs. They do not have the suction one would have that you pay for but gets the little dirt or stuff in car. Normally only come here when Have a 5$ off coupon from the back of a reciept or community mailer. That way only have to pay 3$ for the 8$ wash;)

The employees were nice and helpful, it was fast and easy and they have free vacuums as well. I got the Premium wash and it wasn't worth the money in my opinion. I still had dirty spots all over my car, especially on the front, and the dryers didn't dry my car off well, the whole back end of my car was wet and it left dry water spots all over my windows.

Got the $17 wash, wash is good got my rims cleaned off better than most places. 3 stars because right side of truck didnt get dryed like the left side. The free vacuums are pretty weak. So I still get to go somewhere else and get my truck vacuumed out.

Went to get a wash with a full service car wash gift certificate. I found out this location was not full service, fine I agreed to just take a lower priced wash so I did not have to go to another location. They would not let me do this. I was essentially agreeing to be ripped off, but I was turned away. Update- after this review, I was contacted and management understood my frustration and agreed to make it right. I do appreciate that.

Avoid this location. I paid $22 for a premium wash on a 55° day when every other wash in town had a line. Now I know why this one was empty. I had to go through twice because the truck was still soaking wet and covered in streaks after the first pass. Even after the second wash, it was covered in water spots and still had bugs on the hood (see photos). The attendant only sprayed the rear of the truck and completely ignored the front both times. The conveyor belt moves so fast you’re through in about a minute, which gives the dryers no time to work. Worse yet, they loaded the car behind me so close I couldn’t even see their grill in my mirror—extremely unsafe when there were only two cars in the whole lot. An employee was supposedly "monitoring" my second wash because I complained, but they never even spoke to me afterward despite the truck still being a mess. I had to pull over by the vacuums and dry it myself. Don’t waste your $22 here. How to Post It: 1. Find the Location: Open Google Maps and search for PDQ Car Wash, 1462 Appleton Rd, Menasha. 2.
