Shoutout to the guy who drives the white Camry and works here. I stopped by a few days ago for a simple car wash. At first, I was a bit annoyed when he tried to sell me a monthly plan. I told him straight up, "I’m cheap, I just want the basic wash." That’s when he suggested signing up for their text messages to get a free high-tier car wash. I went for it, not expecting much I just figured it’d be an overpriced version of a basic wash. Boy, was I wrong. Whatever that high-tier wash did, it completely transformed my car. It looked amazing, way better than I expected. Because of that experience, I’m now planning to sign up for their $50 monthly wash cause it’s worth every penny. That guy seriously knows how to sell. He should be in pharmaceutical sales or something because his skills are way too good to waste here.

Sorry for some who had a great experience with the car wash, but i pulled in today for a wash and great prices for the wash great vacuums only problem that I have is that the wash left tons of huge scratches on parts of the car like the trunk, rear panels and left a huge scuff in my right fender

Purchased a membership due to wash being open at 630 to 645 daily. Now wash is closed. Have left 3 messages to cancel membership, not a single call back. Washes are mediocre at best.

When this place first opened up, it was great! They always had bottles filled and tons of towels out for you on the cart. Now it’s like They’ve gotten super lazy and you’ll be lucky if there’s even a bottle that has anything in it or any at all. On top of that you gotta go up to the door instead of where it used to be at in the lot with the vacuums. It always seems like their vehicles are parked close to where everything is as well. It gets even better! They put the cones out 10 minutes before closing time! It seems like this new staff is super lazy!

Went through Fresh Wash Car Wash in Gainesville today 11/ 16 at 9:30 in the morning.I have a monthly subscription and latley the service has gone down hill the past couple of months. The attendant did not spray the wheel wells, did not brush my windshield, tailgate, or the back glass. The only thing he did was spray just a tad bit of bug prep on the front of my truck. As we were going through the wash the sprayer for the rinsing was not working correctly, so I got half of my truck on the driver's side rinsed off. This place use to be a good place for a good car wash. The employees actually cared about making sure their customers vehicles were prepped for the car wash. I don't expect my vehicle to be squeaky clean but the attendants need to do their part and brush the back glass, the tailgate and hose out the wheel wells. This is the 4th time in 2 months. If this keeps happening I will cancel my subscription and go to Jeffersons 4 Seasons car wash and get a subscription.

New management and staff are friendly, professional and attentive to your car needs. The free vacuums are really powerful and they supply free towels to wipe off your vehicle. Once you are done they gift you with a free air freshener.
