Always love coming here! Really thorough clean at a reasonable price. Only con is sometimes there’s sometimes a wait if you come at busy times, but I personally think it’s worth the wait!

I visited this car wash a few times, but each time, I found my car wasn't properly cleaned. Despite paying a high price, they used dirty towels and didn't do a thorough job. I expressed my concerns, but unfortunately, there was no improvement. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others.

This car wash used to be good and now it’s just going downhill, For the prices they charge. They don’t even do a good cleaning so you have to go and check if they missed anything. It’s just a quick money grab go somewhere else for better quality and decent prices.

These people don’t clean cars as it should be for the price they charge you, and they add more$$$ at the check out than the original option/price you selected!! I asked the lady in the office why she was charging more$$$ her reply was “tax”! $7+ tax for a $33+ wash? That’s not it… At this point I’m thinking they’re probably fade up with people not paying tip! Blame the inflation not the people. However, because I didn’t add tip due to the illegal “$7+ (tax) extra charge” They didn’t clean my wheels and the 2nd row of seats and I selected premium car wash! It was my friend’s wedding night and I was picking up both the groom and the bride. I had to clean more inside the car and the wheels in my underground garage. $40+wash and dissatisfied.

This place is horrible. I went there today October 29, 2024 to get a basic cleaning. Which they told me it was $22 but when I was checking out with the front desk lady she add $ 6.99 dollar more and when I ask her what is that for she says it’s for vacuum And then she switch and say oh it’s for tax. Ant no damn taxes that much tax not more than a dollar something or two dollars something, but Funniest thing is vacuuming is include on the basic cleaning basic cleaning is basically getting the car vacuum it first , then the car going through the machine and afterward they just wipe inside the car and wipe out side the car dry. That’s it……… Front desk lady was rude too very rude. I am a customer for many years . I don’t know. Maybe it’s own by a different person known . But the guy who was cleaning my car, he was OK. I gave him five dollar tip and he was happy. I don’t usually complain, but I hate people who are rude to nice people. There was a two guys who were making a scene and she wasn’t mean to them at all.

DONT GO HERE!!!Terrible service, they use the same rags to dry the car, clean inside,and whip the windows! No windex, no car freshener, and all the soaps/ solutions they say you get is a lie!! It’s literally the worst Carwash I’ve ever paid for and I tried several times with the same disappointing experience!!

Cannot say enough good things about this car wash. Reasonably priced, locally owned, never had a bad experience. Staff is always nice and seems to all be friends and having a good time. Always a lot of personal attention to the car. After I moved away from the area I will still drive 30+ minutes each way to come here as I have not found another car wash to match what they do.

Real downturn in quality recently. For the last 4 years I would get a consistently clean car—now I assume they’re reusing dirty rags and my windows are dirtier than when I arrive. Truly disappointing and I won’t be returning, I’ll have to find a different one further away from my house.

Paid $30 plus tax for their “deluxe” interior and exterior wash, and they didn’t even vacuum the rear luggage area. When I told them, they said it’s an extra $7 — something they never mentioned before taking my money. Then they told me to leave and come back again if I wanted it done. What kind of service is that? Terrible communication, rude attitude, and a total waste of money. I’ll never come back to this place, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either.

At certain times during the day the lines can get quite long but it moves fast and is worth the wait.. Inside is nothing special but there were couches plenty if you desired. ample waiting space, and the wait is never too long.

This is the only car wash I go now. They staff is fast and efficient. Prices are unbeatable. $39 for outside and inside wash! My only complaint is that they are so popular, there is a wait time. But again- these people know what they are doing and move those cars out fast and super clean.
