My car was not clean afterwards. I still had mud on the rims; & 1/4 of the back window was still dirty. I had to drive to a "do it yourself car wash" to finish the job.

Beware, this car wash isn't touch free, only soft touch, and it doesn't clean the back of your car. For 15 dollars, I would expect more, but it is in a convenient place!

I used this car wash a while back and the conveyor pushed my car right into the car in front of me. Evidently they didn't leave quickly enough after their cycle was done, but I don't fault them for that. If there is a car in front of me, I expect not to be pushed into it.

The automated pumps outside are actively selling carwashes, but the carwash in fact is out of order. There are no signs anywhere outside saying this, however. So, after paying at the pump for one, pulling up to the entrance, punching in the key code and waiting a minute, it dawned on me it might be down. Went inside, saw several big “No Carwash” signs at cash register, asked for a refund, and suggested to cashier it might help customers if they were to post such signs outside at the pumps — and to turn off the pumps’ continuing sale of washes. Cashier was mightily offended (“not my job”), insisted there were signs everywhere outside, and then took several long minutes to provide the refund. Unreal, Keystone Cops. How does the owner expect to stay in business with such belligerently clueless service?

Terrible gas station. Pumps are routinely broken or pay at pump is not functioning. Air compressor for tires has been broken for months and car wash is constantly out of service. Don’t waste your time here - pass right on by.

Absolutely Terrible Service – They Take Your Money and Shut Down Early! I am beyond frustrated with this car wash. This is not the first time, but the last straw. Their posted hours clearly state they are open until 10 PM. Yet, time and time again, they shut down way earlier. Today, I arrived at 9:21 PM, well within their working hours, and they closed the wash right in front of me. I paid for the service, and now I can’t even wash my car. I don’t have the option to come earlier, and I shouldn’t have to—they are supposed to be open until 10 PM! They take customers’ money but refuse to provide the service they promised. To make things worse, their customer support is non-existent. I’ve emailed them multiple times, and they don’t even bother responding. At this point, I will not be renewing my subscription, and I demand a refund or compensation for this blatant disregard for customers. If you’re considering using this car wash—DON’T. They don’t care about their customers, their advertised hours are a joke, and their customer service is a complete failure.

Spent 15 bucks on a works plus wash—their wash missed half the car, right front, right rear, and did a bad job on the wheels. Did a job that was worth about 2.50…
