As many have commented...great exterior wash...inside wipe down cursory at best. Missed A LOT. I mean, come on...this is Minnesota ... cars get filthy in the winter...and for what you charge, it's not that hard to do a good wipe down of the interior and get the dust and spots. I shouldn't have to wipe it all down when I get home. Also...why not have one charge for mat cleaning? My mats are rubber AND cloth...which do I choose? I must have picked wrong because my mats weren't done. A worker was nice enough to take them and clean them while I parked at the curb outside after the wash. He told me they didn't do them because I picked rubber mats. So ... just gonna take my money then and not do anything?? That's an interesting business model. If u had one price for "mat service," problem solved.

I took my two year old Ram to Paridise in Eagan to be detailed. I had used it for hunting, making firewood, and driving gravel roads many times over those two years. I also have an Australian Shepard that sheds a lot. I had never used Paradise for anything other than exterior washes before. I bought their #2 Complete package. When I came to pick it up, I was blown away. It was everything I could have hoped to see, inside and out. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I will be back with my other vehicle and have this done once a year. A small investment each year in keeping them in great condition.

I have always been happy with the service at Paradise. I miss pre-Covid days of the popcorn machine and Peanut the parakeet. Even through times have changed, the service is still good. Brought my daughter’s car in today as a treat for her. She’ll love it. I added mat cleaning as a bonus.

My first & last time at this business. I purchased a full-service wash in the amount of $34. I was under the impression my vehicle would be vacuumed. I got home to find they did not vacuum. Nor did they "dust". Basically, I paid for an exterior wash/dry. I called to confirm if the "Admiral" package included vacuuming . The rude lady responded, "Well, only if you purchased the interior package." I would never have thought they would sell an exterior package ONLY for $34. The employee said she would write me down for a complimentary wash. I told her I wasn't worried about the wash. I wanted my vehicle vacuumed. Oh, and let's not get started with mats "package." You can get 2 mats vacuumed for xx or 4 for xx. It's amusing. I won't be back.

All I wanted them to do was clean out my cup holders and counsel. When I got in my car it looked like nothing was touched. I said something to the gal and she waked away from me. Very disappointed I paid $30 for a wash and they could not do what I asked.

Terrible experience. I brought my car there and even though the prices were expensive I didn't care because I thought that would mean I would get good service... WRONG! My car was brought back to me looking dirtier than it was before and they refused to refund me or take it back and do a better job without charging me more. Take it from me and all the other bad reviews and DONT COME HERE!

I did not expect it to cost $48.00 to clean my car inside and out. Definitely did not get $48.00 worth of effort. Windows were smudged, interior around cupholders still dirty and my dash was still dusty in spots. Girl on the right side of my car was done way before the girl on the left. She went back to looking at her phone while the other one worked. Most of the missed spots were on her side. Probably better off going to one of the other new car wash's in Eagan. I would avoid this one.

They used to be good. I went there today and there was a bunch of stuff in my cup holder and shift gear area. That could easily be vacuumed or wiped. For a $44 dollar wash that’s atleast they can do and I tipped them $5 without noticing this. Do better, train staff on how to clean simple stuff It took me 20 seconds to clean it myself but if I paid for it I expect something like this to be easily done. Do better!

My car was still dirty I specifically said I want to focus on the front the back wasn't bad just wanted my door and console vacuumed and wiped really well it's still dirty. Definitely want worth 30 bucks. Boler or soapy joes would never.

This was the worst car wash I’ve ever received. Went here because I wanted the interior of my car cleaned up a bit. Paid for the executive wash (which is the most expensive) and cost around $55. I have streaks on multiple mirrors, still have dirt all over the exterior of my car, my cup holders were not touched at all (despite cleaning them is supposed to be included in the basic package). HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere!!!!

I purchased a full service wash with an interior package cleaning totalling $41 and some change. After the "service" my vehicle still had bugs on the front bumper and the windshield wasn't clean on the inside with smear marks. This place is all about how many cars they can push through their doors with no quality control. $41 for what? You're better off paying $10-14 at a gas station.

I brought my car in for an interior detail at 12 PM and picked it up at 5:15PM. When I sat down, my seat was wet enough to soak my pants, and the upholstery was visibly wet to the touch. When I raised the issue, the manager on duty argued with me, going back and forth over whether the car was ‘damp’ versus ‘wet’ — even though my hand was visibly wet after touching the seat. Another worker later told me that the person who detailed my car said it was extra dirty and required additional water to shampoo properly. I was never informed of this before getting into the car, which caused my pants to get wet. I offered to leave my car overnight so it could be dried properly, or do whatever was needed for a resolution, as long as they could provide an Uber ride home — but they refused. When I asked the manager questions, he repeatedly just pointed at a business card and said, ‘email the owner,’ offering no solutions and coming across as rude and dismissive. On top of that, my removable mats are still completely dirty and don’t even look like they were cleaned at all. I also asked for a partial refund, but again, was just told to email the owner and wait for a response. I expected professional service, clear communication, and a fully cleaned and dried car. Instead, I left with wet clothing, dirty mats, and no real resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.”

I paid $54 + tip for the “executive wash” and my car came out what seems to be dirtier than when I got there? They didn’t clean the inside at all. I will never be going back. They put an apple cider vinegar spray on my leather?

Great Job but you guys missed a big spot. The entire ceiling and visors are destroyed still. bought this car from a dealership and they gave it to me without even so much is putting a vacuum to it.

What a waste of money!!! Paid for the top wash and they can't even remove the bugs from the front of the vehicle. I pointed out the bugs and missed parts and all I got was a "Deer in the headlights" look and they didn't do anything to correct the situation. It appears they want you to pay more and get less in return. Save your money and wash it yourself....

Don’t Support this “business” unless you prefer low quality and expensive…. So I signed up for a monthly package, $50+ a month and I always give a $5-$10 tip. literally every single time I’ve gone thus far, they do not say Thankyou or anything to appreciate my business they act like it’s a chore for me to come in there… they didn’t wipe a single thing on the inside. the dash, the center console the radio screen I will say the outside looks good but not any better than a gas station could do for $10

Went in on Friday paid $48 for a premium wash which was supposed to include interior wipe down and window cleaning. Gave 2 stars because the exterior looks great but it was clear that the interior was never wiped down and the windows were 1/2 cleaned. My guess is the windshield was cleaned as far as the guy could reach with little effort. I sent an email about the disappointing service and also called, spoke to a woman who took all of my information and said she new who the guy was and that it would be addressed and I would hear back from a manager. Not a word since, no response back. Very disappointed, especially for the price.
