I never understood the hype around this car wash as it has always been hit or miss. I paid additional fees and left my car with them for the day to deep clean my seats as well as detail the car. When I got it back and still had to spend additional time cleaning the seats and car myself, I swore to never return. Fast forward six years later, I decide to give them another chance. The was I got included exterior and interior cleaning. When I got into my car, they had not even vacuumed! When I asked the manager if my car was supposed to be vacuumed and he said they did vacuum. After I showed him the dirt and dog hair that was still all over my seats and floor, he said “they did vacuum but we’ll do it again I guess.” I get in my car once again to leave and nothing was even wiped down; my dash, doors, center counsel, everything was exactly how it was when I entered the wash. I am extremely disappointed I have continued to give them my business over the years to only have them do what I paid for a few times.

My wife and I were first time customers here. She brought her Jeep in for a interior detail and then the following day I brought my truck in for an interior detail. We are VERY HAPPY with the results. Both of our vehicles look brand new again. The guys did a fantastic job. Really happy with the results. Paradise detailed my extremely dirty suv. We have three dogs and the car has been neglected for years. They made it look brand new! I had a great visit at Paradise Car Wash recently. I came in with my sons car and he is doing a lot of driving on the highway right now. Chad noticed that it still had a lot of bugs on the car after going through the first time and had me go back through to make sure it was as clean as possible! Paradise car wash did a great job on my very dirty Ford Flex, my F150 and my Harley with sidecar. I had the full detail including paint seal. They were very easy to schedule with and finished the work in a timely manner. I am bringing my in-laws car and truck in next week to have them done also. I highly recommend them !!!!

Excellent service! I called to get an extraction for my two front seats. They were booked with details for the day, but they told me I could come in anyway. They had detailers to work on it right away! I was originally quoted 40$, but they told me since it was a simple job they were going to only charge me $20! Very honest and respectful staff. They have amazing customer service, I will definitely be back in the future!

If you go here, do not go on a day that is busy, they will rush thru your vaccum and miss a lot of stuff, This place use to be a lot better, but over the years it’s just gone down hill, and majority of the staff are all extremely young, and when you ask them to wipe or vacuum an area that you notice got missed they seem very annoyed , which makes me not want to ask again, so today I went and got the 27$ vacuum wash, they say you get what you pay for but I’ve even tried to pay extra to make sure it all gets vacuumed or dusted, and it’s always the same thing, down the crack on the seat is a common area to be dirty, people drop stuff down there all the time, so I would think that would be an area that would get checked and it doesn’t, when I’m in line for the vacuum the staff are wiping down the trim of the trunk, but don’t wipe down the inside of the door? It just doesn’t make sense. This isn’t even every thing, just what I noticed on my drive home.

Been going here for well over a year and I've been satisfied every time. My car recently has been very dirty from transporting supplies and I decided to do a detail package at paradise. When I got my vehicle back I was shocked at how well they did. It honestly looked brand new and unrecognizable from when it was dirty. If you have a lot of miscellaneous items In the vehicle they will pack it in plastic bags for convenience. The team here is very professional and take pride in their work. I plan on bringing all future vehicles here for cleaning as I know I won't be let down. 10/10

Inside detail was great. Outside wasn't the best... went back next day to point out dirty mudflaps and wheel wells. Was told we don't go too crazy with the power washer. For $250.00 it shouldn't have been filthy.

I recently had my car detailed at a car wash in Yorkville, IL, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an amazing job inside and out — my car honestly looks better than when I first bought it! The interior was spotless, the seats and carpets looked refreshed, and every little detail was taken care of. The exterior shine was incredible, and they really paid attention to the small things that make a big difference.
