I have a positive experience every time I go to Papa Bear, but today was above and beyond. I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car when finishing up and the staff went out of their way to try and help me get my car unlocked. I am so thankful for their time and efforts!

This place has slowly gone down hill since they opened. When they first opened it was great. The past couple of times I've gone through the tire shine hasn't worked. This last time was the last straw for me. I talked with a manager that escalated the situation and words were exchanged, he called me a bully 😂 and more words were exchanged. When I'm calm, just talking to you about your bad service there is no need to call me a bully.

Everything you could possibly expect from a full-service car wash. I didn’t get just an exceptionally clean car. I was also treated with professionalism & respect. One little hint: if you don’t want the glare off your dashboard to be a windshield distractor, you must tell them, I guess.

Canopy car wash has gone down hill. Their good quality of work has decreased substantially. They half cleaned the inside of my car. The crumbs left by my kids in the backseat were still their after I paid Canopy to wash and vacuum it.The dead bug caucus on my front fender was still there. Dirt was still on my rims. The workers they have now could care less about the quality of work being performed. Maybe management is putting quantity of cars washed each day over the quality of work. This is the 3rd time that my car has been half cleaned. Strike 3 Canopy!!! You just lost this customer as well as my family members. Either hire good hard workers or close. My kids can half wash my car for free. I purchased the premier wash. I guess I'll be purchasing the car wash package at the place further up Wade Hampton where I can vacuum it myself for way less money that I paid y'all.

This is the best car wash around. It’s the only place I know of that scrubs the front and rear of the car without an extra charge. The kids there do a great job everytime and are very friendly and courteous. They do such a good job everytime, I went and got doughnuts for them yesterday. Keep it up guys!

Best car wash around. They have everything you need to get a clean car. Not just vacuums but compressed air, glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner, rags, and a water scrub stations for floor mats. Was able to get my car clean in and out.

I took my very dirty Chevy Blazer that had been sitting idle a long time. I told the attendant why it was so dirty and we even made a joke about it and he said "don't worry we can get it clean". I only ordered the basic service. After I went thru the automation and around to the vacuum area I noticed a LOT of dirt was still present. I went back to the same attendant and asked to go thru again and he tried to charge me again. When I questioned him he said "you can't expect to get a car that dirty clean for $15.00". I left and won't be back!

After having a bad experience I returned to the Wade Hampton Greenville store to discuss what could be done to remove the tire shine from a previous wash. Cassidy was on duty and addressed my concerns . She listened, understood, and responded in a polite and professional way. My issue was resolved. Papa Bear Car wash is fortunate to have someone of her Calibur representing the company.

Visited the car wash while on our trip. Their staff seemed nice but their car wash was very hard on our bronco. Our car is only a few months old and I normally use touchless car washes to clean it. I bought the basic wash since they are really expensive and honestly not worth paying extra for the higher wash. The next day when we got out to the car I noticed a lot of scratches all over our paint and even more on the right passenger door. Very disappointing in the wash. Would like a refund and a call from management.

My wash with papa bear has always been a good experience. But then I'd buy a $35 single was and my car still looked dirty after it was washed. Felt like I had to go thru twice if I pay $35. Today was a different story. I bought the $25 single wash and my car looked so good. Whatever ya'll did on February 6th, 2026 keep doing it! Loved how clean my car looked💓

I have only had my car a month and it’s brand new. I ran it through papa bears and noticed scratches on the front of my vehicle so I went and got a manager to look at it. He proceeded to tell me that it was not their car wash bc the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes spin. I canceled my membership immediately. I had a lady come over to me after hearing what was happening and said the very same thing happened to her and the manager had shrugged it off. I began drying off the sides of my car and realized it was all over my vehicle and it was evident that it was from the brushes. I went and got the manager again and he filed an incident report. Today I received a call from the manager stating the same bs that the cameras quality wasn’t that great so he couldn’t tell if the scratches were there prior to my car entering the tunnel and then again that the scratches were inconsistent with the way the brushes turn… I called him out on his bs. I am very particular about my vehicle, maybe OCD. I take car of my car and always go over my vehicle while drying it off. It was 100% the car wash. He then offered me free car wash cards that I rejected instantly bc I will never use a car wash again and I don’t feel comfortable giving them to people with what happened to my vehicle. Thankfully my husband spent hours buffing out my car and the scratches did come out. If they had not come out then I would have kept fighting to get my car fixed. Overall horrible experience .

I love this this company and use my membership a couple of times a week and have been using them for.more than 6 months...soo very worth every penny of the package deals,my Suv looks amazing,and the employees are always smiling,respectful and kind everytime I come thru even first thing in the morning.i get alot of compliments on how beautiful my ride looks and i tell them exactly where to go...Everyone working at the Wade Hampton Road Greenville SC location puts a smile on my face every time...Yall got my 5 stars all day long! Best car wash I've ever found. Typically have to wipe down the car after a wash to clean areas still dirty, but not at Papa Bear! I was shocked at how well my car was cleaned! Everything available for the interior, vacuums, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, mat cleaning. I won't go anywhere else. And this was just the $15 wash!
