Used to take my two vehicles here, spend the minimum of $70.00 combined. Will never spend my money there again. I paid for the more costly car washes and on both vehicles they tried to get us out of there with a basic wash, had to walk them around both vehicles in order to get what I paid for.. They obviously do not need my money so I'll go spend it else where.

It's not a very good car wash for the price it doesn't dry your car I think it's illegal for them to do that because on their posting essays for drying it doesn't dry your car it's very expensive there you can go find it somewhere else and better service don't ever go there

Vacuums are never on and one of the entrances never works so I either have to wait for an employee to help me or back up and go through the other entrance

I don't want to give them a star! They are the most dishonset people ever.They have electrical wires in the vacuum nozzles so it dosen't suck up stuff and cost to much to repair.. I took my car and washed it, Then time to vacuum, I vacuumed my backseat and I looked and one of the wires were sticking out (WHICH I DIDN'T SEE) until it was to late and it snagged my backseat in 2 spots.. Told the owner what happened.. BOTH HIM AND HIS WIFE SAID IT DIDN'T HAPPEN THERE.. I WAS OH YES IT DID. COME AND LOOK AT IT HE WOULDN'T I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SAID THEY CAN'T MAKE HIM LOOK AT MY SEAT.. THEY SAID TO CALL THE BBB OR GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT..I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB..AND NOW I'M TAKING HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.. HE WENT AND HID WHEN I WENT BACK TO TALK TO HIM AGAIN.. HE IS A COWARD AND THE BIGGEST LIARS.. BEWARE OF THIS CAR WASH...

I wish I can rate this place no stars. We pulled up in our $300K car waiting for the car wash to open and the owner sent one of his employees out to tell us that if we don’t leave they’re going to call the cops on us… this place has absolutely no idea how to treat their customers with respect and get the feeling that they are prejudiced.

$4 for the express wash and was fast...The only one I've seen I the area that does it like this. My kids had a blast going through the wash with all the lights and water splashing. My dog got mesmerized too lol and started barking back. At the shop, got some ice for our bbq, and the people working there were pretty nice... They turned on the air for me too

WORST CAR WASH IN THE UNITED STATES!!! -Left the windshield completely covered in water -Left soap suds all throughout front grill -Had no vacuums working -Had no one to contact when I asked for a refund!!! DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty of other washes in the immediate area. I repeat, WORST CAR WASH IN THE UNITED STATES

Went in to use a car wash that had not expired and found it did not work. Asked the attendant inside who said it should still be valid who asked the owner lady who came outside her office atop the stairs and waved her finger at me and yelled "EXPIRED!" without even looking at the receipt in my hand. Very unprofessional and not very honorable. The outside attendant said "She always does this. No wonder there's no business." With that kind of service and awful attitude, I'll make sure to never go here again and I'll definitely make sure to tell anyone I know to ban this place until she sells it.

This new car wash is dope.Its not the Pacific Car wash that people have given a bunch of crappy reviews for when they're used to be employees that vaccumed,dried and washed your car. They did a massive remodel,Its literally a self serving car wash.No employees touching your car,There is just one or two,whom guide you in aligning your car right to the tunnel. Now I can eat Sushi,Get a massage,and get car washed all in one place. Don't have to deal with people much at all. I just roll up in my car,Use the machine,align my car to car wash tunnel in neutral. Park it,dry and vaccum myself. Done within 30 minutes and spent less than 15$ heck yeah :) Very convenient.

I’ve been going to them for about a year. I decided to canceled monthly prepaid here to go the one closer to my house. I’ve paid through the end of April according to the employee there when I made the cancellation and I asked him several times to make sure. And he assured me that I was. Long story short, IT WAS NOT. The first time I showed up in April, I was declined. The owner came out with an employee ( a different one the one I did the cancellation) asked me for my name, when back inside to check and came back, didn’t say a word to me, just shouted to his employee ‘customer not pay, nothing wrong.’ He didn’t ask or double check with me to clear the confusion. But instead he treated like I tried to steal something from him. This owner is rude and does NOT know how to treat his customers. I’m glad to have canceled my business with you. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The quality of the car wash is fine, but my complaint is with the Glass Guys who approach all of the car wash customers and say that they will "fix" the pits in their windshields for $35.00. Well, after having been approached on a few occasions, I finally agreed to let them fix the very small pit in my windshield. The guy told me that it would only take 2 to 3 minutes to do this. (I later learned that they should spend about 20 minutes in order to do a quality job.) As my car was moving through their car wash system, the Glass Guy salesman found me sitting in the waiting room and he collected my money. He remarked that the work turned out beautifully, and I foolishly paid him without seeing the end product. When my car was done being washed, I climbed into my vehicle and discovered that the pit was only fifty percent better. When I confronted the Glass Guy representative, he told me that he couldn't get the pit out completely, and that he wouldn't give me my money back. When I told him that since he only got out fifty percent of the pit, that I would pay him half of what I paid him. He still refused. I am wondering what kind of relationship the Glass Guys has with Pacific Car wash. I suspect that the car wash must be getting some cut of the money that is collected since the car wash allows the Glass Guys to approach their customers. Also, the phone number on the Glass Guys card is a cell phone number and NOT a business number (even though the card states that the number is the "shop" number). There is no business license number on the card, either. The Pacific Car Wash needs to take steps in making sure that the Glass Guys do quality business. They also need to make sure that the Glass Guys do NOT misrepresent their work by making the customer think that the pit can be "fixed." I will NOT come back to the car wash because of this scammy experience.

I had the absolute worst experience in my life at this car wash. I installed a brand new antenna on my SUV just 3 days before taking my car in for a car wash. They broke the antenna and I spoke with the owner / manager about it and he just kept saying "I no trust you!!" "Call police if you no like!!"... etc... I asked him to look at the video of when they pulled my car in to prove that they broke it and he refused to do so... This place does not stand behind their work or their care of your vehicle. It is over-priced and even the police officer that took the report of my incident said they were famous for breaking parts and abusing the vehicles they "cleaned". There are a lot better hand car washes (as opposed to this automated brush car wash) in the area... do yourself a huge favor and go there instead.

They need to change the cleaner wiper/brushes in this car wash. I took my white car through this the other day. Came out looking like it had faded zebra stripes. So I took it to another car wash on San Antonio & Foothill the next day. That came out much better. Pacific Carwash maybe cheaper than the other one I went to, but really if you want better quality then go to the other one.

Carwash ID tag failed to scan numerous times so I waited nearly an hour for resolution, while the owner put me off because he was tied up w/ a vendor & his wife was clueless. Finally, I asked for a refund because the failed scanner issue wasn’t resolved. The owner would not issue a refund. I was left w/ a useless ID sticker and they kept my payment. Other than this, the pay as you go carwash is satisfactory. Just don’t ever prepay monthly. That’s the mistake I made.

Purchased the unlimited Car Wash deal which works fine most of the time unless the system breaks down which seems to be once a week. And apparently in the contract they don't give credits for equipment breaking down. They also close 10 to 15 minutes early depending on how they feel that day, which is unacceptable. This place is very customer unfriendly, and a scam, and the vacuum hoses are constantly clogged with detritus and junk which they rarely clean out. Terrible business owners. Don't go here.

Tried this unlimited car wash out. After about 3 or 4 months went on a Sunday morning as usual. To my surprise my sticker was rejected. Come to find out the owner, Mike, name the cashier gave stated my card was rejected. Called my credit card company come to find out information submitted was not the same as other 3 months so my credit card declined it. I noticed that Pacific Car Wash had all my transactions appearing on their screen. In general you have 4 Sunday’s in a month, do the math, 5.00 per wash times 4 Sunday’s out the month, unlimited basic car wash monthly cost is 14.99. Loss of 5.01 per month. I suppose the Chinese man has actuaries or him and the wife go through all the customer accounts. Good luck!

This is one of the worse car wash place I have encountered. We recently signed up 3 of cars for unlimited wash. First 2 cars we got the basic and my car, the one I drive the most we upgraded to $39.99 (too pricey for a monthly wash). The basic price is comparable to other car wash places but $29.99 & 39.99 a very steep for the service it receives. They made us sign contract and explain their complicated cancellation policy which involves steps before you can fully cancel it. The problem started on first day when I noticed that the dryer isn't very effective and doesn't dry top area of the car. In addition, the spot free isn't really spot free since it doesn't dry properly it leaves water spots in many areas (hard water spots). This makes drying and wiping harder. The tire shines compound spreads all over the rim so I have clean the rims as well. The 2nd car wash had the wax dried on the paint so that took some work to remove it. Since I was my car every 3-4 days I was getting tired of these issues, so we decided to cancel one of the car's subscription. Because my wife had signed up with her credit card I couldn't just walk in and cancel it. She had to go in fill out the cancellation form and complete the process. She filled out the cancellation form at the end of May so I assumed because of their 30 day cancellation notice I will continue to use their service till end of June and it will cancel out. However, the service got terminated effective immediately but I still got charged for on June 1. I went and spoke to the folks at the Car Wash, they weren't any help at all. All I heard from the Husband & wife I suppose they are "It's non refundable" but I wasn't their asking for money back but to explain that the service should continue for the remaining of the billing period. They didn't budge and started saying if you thought you are going to cancel why even sign up. The guy started arguing and I told him why are you arguing with customer who brings business. We brought in 3 cars and we only wanted one car to be removed instead we ended up terminating all 3. This place is worse at customer service, owner is a jerk, and car wash sucks big time.

A machine wash with average performance for a cheap price. The true saving grace for this car wash is the unlimited access to the high quality vacuum stations for any customers of the auto wash, even for the 5$ minimal wash. The wash attendants are cool and let you use the cleaning stations for more than the posted 5 minute limit if you are polite. I'm bumping off one star because I haven't been able to determine a quality difference between the $5/7/12 washes. As a result I usually just get the 5$ wash every 3 weeks.

My car left the wash with soap on the exterior and an excessive amount of tire gel that was smear all over my rims. I used the free micro fiber to wipe all that crap off. Terrible experience

Worst experience I have ever had. Paid $14 for gold wash, and the wash ended in 25 seconds and when you get down and look at the car, it’s not dried and the spots are still there. Never going back
