Misinformation given to me over the phone and I have to drive all the way from Pasadena only to find out that the part I wanted was not there. And then one of the staff didn't even want to come out to look at my car. I felt like a fool

I recently purchased items from this company last Friday paid 200 for fenders for my 2014 dodge journey sxt in metallic silver since I made the purchase I have yet to get a order number shipping information or reference number I called a number they had listed & was speaking with a guy name Alexander and he kept giving me the run around I then called yesterday and he hung up every time I told him who I was now today they whole website site information changed the phone number and & email so yes they scammed me out of 200 I do have screenshots from the conversation

I collect classic cars and it's almost impossible to get decent parts in Australia. A friend from my car club recommended I email Pacific Best when I needed parts for my 96 Plymoth. My goodness! Despite the time difference these guys were on top of it. They replied to my email almost immediately, they had the mat black deflefctor I wanted and shipped it to me via fedex (who i haven't used before) the part was great and a perfect fit. they also made a few suggestions for other parts which aren't normally available, because of my referral. So yeah, great to see such good service in this day and age. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because there website wasn't what you would call modern but I guess it goes to show you can't judge a book by it's cover and that they have more important things to worry about than then website, like getting the best parts !

BE CAREFUL when ordering from here!!!! I placed an order with this company & had the worst experience. I admit that we ordered the wrong part but I just asked for an exchange. I was given the exchange and I had a $43 credit since the part I re-ordered was cheaper than the one I had already paid for. When I tried to order more parts to use my credit they said I only had a $1 credit because they were charging me a 40% re-stocking fee. The manager stated that we returned the part w/o wrapping & proper stickers which is not true and I have video to prove it! To top it off the items I ordered for my credit came partially wrong because they mis-labeled their boxes! I just returned everything & they STOLE my $43 credit. The credit isn't much but it was still my $ not theirs! THIEVES!!!

By far the best supplier of auto parts. My husband and I are the owners of an auto repair shop and Pacific Auto Co is our preferred collision auto body parts supplier. They are not perfect, but much better than the alternatives we have tried over the years. What I like most about Pacific Auto Co is that when we call, there is always a Person that picks up the phone, not just an answering machine. This is so important for us because we need prompt service as our customers are waiting. Any delay costs us money and reputation Pacific Auto is excellent in this regard. They also provide fast delivery which helps us a lot. What is more,they have pretty good prices too. Also their parts are of good quality. Their radiators and condensers work really well. We buy lots of other parts too, hoods, door mirrors, grill, rear bumpers, bumper cover, head light, fender, and much more. All very good quality. As I said before, they are not perfect. Sometimes they send us damaged parts, but that is something that everyone in the industry has to deal with. And Pacific Auto Co has always fixes the problem very quick. Just wanted to say thank you and I hope they keep providing a great service and help us and others run profitable, quality businesses.

Good Warehouse, they have good selection and prices. But make sure you get a reference # for your order. When you get to the office. They will tell you “you never placed an order or nothing is printed” except for that big delay of my day which took 4 hours and gas to get my part. Over all it an ok spot for your car part needs.

Was looking for a front bumper cover and left fender for a Nissan 350z. I searched the internet high and low and believe it or not this company had the best prices and the quality of parts was good. I learned this company sells most parts related to collision repairs, hoods, lights, radiators, condensers, brackets etc. So far so good, parts in stock, bumper cover came from different location and only took a day to arrive at different store. After all was said and done the fender and bumper cover fit very well. Excellent
