I was disappointed in the initial cleaning and the owner reached out to me immediately and asked to re clean it to my satisfaction. He was able to finish it the next day and it was very thoroughly cleaned and detailed. I appreciate the concern he showed and was willing to make it right. I am satisfied with this company and would use them again!

Wow! Excellent service and I will be calling them again and again and again for future work! Jack was an absolute professional. He showed up at the EXACT time he said he would, 10:15am sharp. I trusted him completely. When his work was complete I was 100% satisfied. I could immediately tell they over-delivered and “truly cared” about their end result. Chose this place based on all the 5-star reviews, but we are not happy with the result. We thought they had professional equipment but the floors were sopping wet and they were trying to dry it out with a small shopvac. I can't tell a difference in the before/after pictures other than removing the floormats. Update: after 2 days driving across country the floors were still noticeably damp, had to put a dehumidifier inside and run it overnight. There was some sort of brown residue that had run down the windows onto the hard surfaces. We were able to wipe this up. Still unclear what they did other than get everything wet. As for the owner's response to this post, we did have constraints about driving the vehicle across country but it is unclear what he proposed that we could have done to work with him on a solution.

I just bought a new car, and the kiddo got sick. The smell, to say the least, was awful. Jack got back to first thing in the morning and picked my car up from my work and cleaned it in a timely manner! He brought it back to me with the car looking better than when I purchased it. Not only did they pick up the car exactly on time when they said they would, but when they brought it back, they had steam cleaned the carpet inside until it looked brand new. They did such a fantastic job on the car, that the first person who looked at it, bought it. Now for the twist . . . when they arrived, they scared off burglars at our house. When they returned, they stayed and gave the police the descriptions of the burglars and their car. I was fairly upset and they calmly stayed until my husband got home to pay them (since my purse had been stolen) and they were very helpful and very kind in a rather crazy situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Answered my call and was able to get me booked for an appointment for the next day. He showed up a few minutes early and complete an inside and out detail right then. Quoted fair price up front and did a fantastic job. Hard to beat the convenience of having someone show up at your home and perform the service without interrupting my day at all. They did an awesome job with the engine bay the hard-to-reach places within the vehicle shampooed stains until they were out, I had asked them to do a couple places and they did it with a good attitude. You can tell that they are all about the customers they serve. A really good group of guys with integrity for sure!

Great service! I had dog hair and stains all over the interior of my car, and P&G was able to get all of it out. I haven't seen the inside if my car this clean, since I bought it. They were very professional and made sure it was perfect! I liked the fact that they came to my house. The price they charged was half of what a shop was going to charge me in Longmont.

Very bad experience. I was buying a used car from 1,200 miles away. P&G picked the car up for me and cleaned it. When my Dad, who had seen the vehicle and test driven it before it was cleaned, went to pick it up the carpets were soaking wet and there was sticky brown goop on the vehicle and coffee spilled in the console. I messaged the owner, Jack, to see if he would remedy the situation or refund my money so that I could take it somewhere else and this was the response I received. "Carpets get wet, that's what happens when you clean them. Its not my fault that you bought a vehicle that was an absolute disaster on the inside. We got it a lot better than it was but it was never going to look brand new. We spent hours on it and got it at clean as possible. I can see distinct differences in the before and after pictures. I can't make money on a car if we have to spend as much time as we did on yours. Have a good day." For the record, I knew I had bought a used vehicle and I did not expect a miracle, just a clean vehicle. It also was not a disaster on the inside. These are Jack's before and after pics of my vehicle. I had already paid him and tipped him $20... paying a total of $200 for this job. I trusted the reviews I saw online. It is unfortunate for all involved that it turned out this way. We did appreciate the young employee who tried to make it right and worked to vacuum more of the water out for us.

This is not a big operation, this is exactly what i was looking for, a small personal business where the owner is out there doing the work, listening and working with the customer, and Jack really takes pride in what he does. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Able to get a next day appointment, i was able to drop off my car the day before and pick it up at my convenience. The smell and evidence of people smoking in my car is gone. My weathertech floormats look like they've come fresh out of the box, I've been tried everything to get them cleaned like that. Everything in feels new and refreshed. My car is 7 years old and it looked better coming out of his garage then it did driving off the lot brand new.i really forgot how good it feels to drive something that clean. Already planning to get my other vehicles done. The before and after photos attached really don't do it justice on how much better it looks.
