Reached out on Instagram for an inquiry, wanted to get my interior detailed. Sent photos of my concerns as requested, didn’t get a response. Had to follow up the next day and was told they could get the job done. The next day I still hadn’t heard anything from them again, I was unable to set up an appointment or get a timely response from the business. Ended up calling another service and getting an appointment scheduled the same day.

This was a great detail all around. I use my truck a lot and I use it hard. My truck hadn't been cleaned in ages and optimum made my truck look new. I had stains in my seats from years ago I could never get out and optimum got them out with ease. I was very proud of the work done and I will be getting a detail agian soon
