Don’t go here!!! I just bought my car, brand new, 2 days before getting an exterior car wash. Before entering the car wash that evening, there’s a sign that says they aren’t liable for any scratches if you didn’t have a manager inspect before wash. Brand new car, scratches across my roof. Straight strategic lines along moonroof and on both sides on my antenna. Noticed them next morning when getting into car. Brand new car! Don’t go here!!!

Stole the money in my console. Dropped several items on the ground and left them there (fortunately, I was able to retrieve them). Put my Rx glasses in the tire well?! I couldn’t find them when I got home so I went back to see if they, too, were on the ground. The guy who found them told me I was crazy and I put them there. I am 1000% certain I have never put my glasses in the tire well. $63 + I had given them an $8 tip (obviously, before I realized). Never again.

Place is terrible- rushed us thru never got the dirt off and never even got back our change- they kept us parked and never finished wiping our vehicle - not recommended

Best carwash around. Three to four people hand washed the car for several minutes before rinsing off, then drying it. For just dollars more, the inside can be cleaned, vacuumed and polished. Workers take care of any loose items I had a flimsy sunglass cover that must have been under one of the seats. It was carefully placed in the storage in the door. I was very thankful. My car was sparkling clean inside and out! Highly recommend.

Terrible service, not recommended service, they do not correct cleaning errors, nor do they clean correctly, you pay for full services and instead of correcting them they get more angry

This spot is the best. I take both my cars every weekend. Hand wash so it does not scratch your cars. I have 2 white cars and they come out pristine every time 100% reccomend - Cody

This place has certainly gone downhill since we started going there. At first, it was amazing. Now the grounds are disgusting, and I wound up with cigarette butts in chamois that I leave in my door pocket., I do not smoke. It was disgusting. It is now $30 for a full service when it used to be 12. Time to look for another car wash.

Just paid 63 dollars and this is how much car was left. So disappointing. Should have listened to the other reviews. Will never be back. I did not roll the cover like this to find the mess it was literally already rolled when i opened my hatch so the worker saw it and left it untouched.

Absolutely terrible. Just took my almost pristine Audi A4 here and after a $70 detail I’m left with three spots where the paint was chipped off on the hood. The owner, Victor Perez-Velazquez, refused to acknowledge it before stating that, because it was slightly yellow, they were old paint chips. However, rust forms within a matter of minutes when iron is exposed to oxygen and water making his claim irrelevant. He was very disrespectful and laughed in my face before walking away mid conversation. He also refused to give me his name and information until the police were called. Avoid this place at all costs.

Holy crap! I should have read reviews before coming here!! I got the full wash which is $23 - no problem if they actually cleaned my car! They literally sprayed it down for 30 seconds and than sent me thru. The vacuum my 5 year old could have did better! Never returning here.

$100 dollar “detailing” done in 20 minutes. They didn’t even wiped all the plastics. You have mosquitoes on your front, they won’t remove them even when they are charging you for a “polish & wax”, does your carpet need cleaning? They won’t do it for you. This was not even a good wash, let alone calling it “detailing” Never coming back and I will post bad reviews every place I can.

They charged me $10 more for a service. They didn’t even do good on. I paid $10 extra for the optimum because the lady there charged me for no reason and they didn’t even do a good job

I had my car detailed Inside and out at Optimo in Wallingford on Monday. What a great job they did! I called and made an appointment and it took about 3 1/2 hours. The price was great too!Great job! Everything when there was so nice and efficient! I have loved this place for regular car washes.

Highly recommend people to stay away from this detail shop. They dont know what they're doing and in the process ruined my rims. Tried to speak to the owner victor about it and all he could do is lie and say they were like that befor the wash. Do yourself a favor and go els where, they dont appreciate thier customers at all.
