Paid $20 for the top wash you can get and my back window , tailgate and wheels still covered in dirt. Could’ve did a better job at the touchless wash

This place is OK if all you're looking for is a quick cheap car wash. Tire spray (pay extra for) hasn't worked once after I paid for it, and cleaning job is not great for $18. . Your vehicle doesn't get dried much, either. All in all, a quick wash. I don't go here often

I loved this car wash before ownership change. The price was $34 per month for an unlimited super wash package. I thought it was higher than delta sonic but it was convenient and the staff does a great job power washing. Now, however, my mindset has changed because I was not notified that the wash would no longer be unlimited. There are days I drive by and they are closed for maintenance, then what? I really liked it but not for that price for 28, 30, or 31 washes. The car comes out wet after going through the dryer too.

I went through the drive thru car wash it was easy, does a pretty good job and it’s touchless so you don’t gotta worry about scratches. The drying part could be better & the line for it can be ridiculous.

One stop car wash broke my wiper ( the clamp ) and they didn’t reimburse me.( drove away with no wiper & it started raining minutes later ) Smh. I am an everyday customer and seem like they don’t know how to treat someone like me. Sorry, I won’t be back. I have joined Go car wash ( sadly ) after this incident & I can say I am impressed…… :) ( they have so many great affordable monthly packages) Please treat your customers right/ fair! without US…. There’s no ONE STOP CAR WASH…Have a bless day!

Im a member of this car wash. I was driving a rental and went to pay for a cleaning before returning it to the rental drop off. A young man approached me asking if I needed help with the selection station. I explained Im a member so I understand how it works.. im just paying for my rental. He was so honest and sweet to tell me that I could in fact use my membership on this car and that he would look up my account. As I drove around..the 2 boys really took their time pre cleaning the car after our long trip. I never had this type of service at a car wash. There was no line so they spent more time on the pre wash. I wish I would have had cash. They were amazing. It was so hot today and they were working very hard and efficiently. I don't have their names but they are the 2 kids who worked Friday August 8th 2025 at about 6:50 pm. One was African American and the other was a blonde white kid. Both were fantastic and should be recognized. Its so hot out there and they were working hard. 5 stars!

Man oh man do I love to go here. All the other car washes in the area are filled with chuds trying to take your hard earned cash but here it's filled with straight goats. One guy (absolute unit btw) washes cars so well and he's so handsome and he has the same name as me

Great customer service. I had an issue changing my Wash Club level and updating my credit card. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The folks at the wash spraying your car seem to care that they get it right.
