Not happy at all. Paid $340 for a full clean and shampoo and he didn’t even shampoo. The photo here shows how he forgot to just put down the seats to clean in between. I had to point it out to him when he said he was done, and then had to wait around for him to vacuum it. Plus he literally threw out a piece of my car.

Excellent service. The owner responded to my call immediately and was professional. We set up a 7:30am appointment. Mark was my technician for my newly ceramic coated car. He was on time and did a phenomenal job. They arrive in clean marked trucks and uniforms and have all of their own supplies. I’ve used One Call Detailing in the past for other vehicles and they have always done an awesome job. Today Mark came out “same day” and detailed my truck and made it better than the day I picked it up. His attention to detail was on point and didn’t miss a thing. The truck is now super slick, shiny and super minty. I’ll be continuing to use them again and Mark is now my guy to work on my vehicles.

After moving across the country with three long-haired German shepherds My car was really out of shape and dirty beyond belief. Highly advise against using this company if you expect a fully washed vehicle. My rims still have dirt all over them, the door jambs were not wiped, the roof of my truck was barely touched if at all. The detailer did not even touch my exhaust tips and the office explained to me that it would have been an additional charge since they are chrome and not apart of the standard level 1 cleaning. I really wish they would have reached out to me to ask if I wanted to add that. I understand that their policy is to have someone there at the end to overlook the vehicle, unfortunately I was not able to be there myself but I still expected a fully washed truck. Not this subpar excuse of a detail. They scratched all the glossy black sections next to my windows as well. They also couldn’t even take the time to put my floor mats back in properly. Absolute joke. Not happy at all. When speaking to the office about this, they told me it’s not worth sending a technician back out and they can just offer me a free upgrade on the next service. Definitely wouldn’t want to use them again after this experience. My detailer was Anthony.
