I had scratches down the passenger side of my brand new vehicle that looked awful. I found On Point detailing through a Google search and I am so glad. He came out within the hour to check it out and you can’t tell they were ever there. My husband and I intend to keep using his business to clean and maintain our cars. I feel like his prices were less expensive than other detailing companies would have been and his work exceeded my expectations for the damage I had.

I called this morning and he was able to come out same day to clean and shampoo the interior of my car. My son had spilled a milk carton in my backseat and they did an awful job. Took my money and ran. I actually had to take my car to another shop to get the smell out. When I called and left messages they never returned them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I can't express enough how please I was with this company's service. A friend made a mistake I'm my car and I needed it deep clean IMMEDIATELY. He came out the SAME DAY... like within 2 hours. Took his time, very professional. He had my Jeep shining like it was fresh off the show room floor, the interior was shampooed to perfection. He is extremely professional and friendly. I had him do two cars, both messy from dog hair and kids. He did an extremely good job with both. Very impressed. He was fast and efficient. He did a very good job and maintaining the noise level. The reason I mentioned the quiet, is because I had just got off work when he came to detail the cars. So, he did a good job detailing and letting me sleep lol. Highly recommend!

I happen to see his van in my subdivision a few days earlier and remembered the advertising. I gave him a call yesterday to see if he’d be available to wash, wax and vacuum my Equinox. He came the next morning and did a fabulous job. It looks and smells like a new vehicle not something that is 10 years old. He called me before arriving to let me know he was on his way for my appointment. He was prompt, courteous and a pleasure doing business with. Definitely will recommend him to my friends and call him again when my vehicle needs a thorough cleaning.

0 Stars if I Could correctly score‼️I asked this detail company to do the exterior of my truck. All they had to do was buffalo the top surface and wax it... They did absolutely nothing as it was at my friend's body shop and he watched them mickey mouse and not do anything to my truck that was needed or discussed. At that point he would not answer my phone calls or even talk to me. They talked a good talk but couldn't walk the walk. I was fooled by there slick tongue and actually gave them a tip Before I picked up truck . Because I figured they did it correctly my big mistake‼️

I had my 2010 mini van detailed today and it looks like I just pulled it off the car lot. I don’t remember the last time my van had perfect carpet and clean seats. The dash and doors polished perfectly. My wheels looked brand new they were so shiny! I will use these services at least once a month from here on out. Most of all it was convenient that he came to my work to detail it!

Shawn was able to come out last minute to detail a vehicle I had to get cleaned quickly. He was fully booked for the day but made the extra effort to come out late because he knew I was in a bind. It had been full of sand and pet hair which can be tricky to get out of fabric but he did an amazing job. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend!

I’ve sold 5 cars now for myself and family members. Each time, I clean the car to the best of my ability, then have a detailer come by and do their thing so the car will sell at the best possible price. The price has always been in excess of $250. Sean and his crew did the job better, more affordably, AND removed minor scratches. They were on time. Communicated well, polite, and generally professional. I’ll never use another service in the Polk County area as long as On point mobile detailing is around.

Originally, he was going to wash my car at a set date and time. He called and informed me his last car was more than expected and he would be a little late. When we tried to set a later time in the day, I realized I wouldn’t be there. He asked if I would be available the following morning. I said yes and he told me he would be there at 9am. He did not disappoint. He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He did a phenomenal job on my car. Very courteous and professional and very good prices. I will be using his services in the future and recommending him to others.
