This place started out great in 2022, so I decided to get the unlimited washes for the monthly price, after getting a few washes. Now the washes aren't as good, leaves water spots all over my truck, they rarely get my tailgate, and the blowers aren't as good.

Does a great job EXCEPT for the tailgate of a truck!!! Would have given one star but the rest of the vehicle gets clean. Just have to buy the cheapest wash and then do you tailgate when you get home!!! Edited after response: I had purchased the top tier car wash.

Just came from the car wash. Sent me through under Royce, I caught it and called. Told me to come back through. When I got up there the screen said I had exceeded my car wash limit (I have unlimited is my understanding). The girl came out and set it for me to go through. Sent me through under Royce. I pay for Ollie. The whole point of paying for the top wash is to get the top wash. Some kid was over there pushing buttons like he didn't know what he was doing. I'm not passive, if it keeps happening, I will cancel. It never fails to take the price of Ollie out of my checking account every month. You best believe that.

I travel through Henderson every few months and I love this car wash. All car washes could learn from this place. They have 2 people at the entrance that power wash your wheel wells and use a hand brush to get the places the auto wash usually misses. Great job, guys and gals!

I am very upset the way the little girls handled my problem. I went through the car wash and got the most expensive car wash you can get and came out of my car had water spots on it I had to wipe it off with my shirt. Went to the little girls and asked them if they could run me back through just for the dryer they said no. They did not say ma'am we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience nor did they try to offer me another car wash later on on a date. Very unprofessional and very upset when I left there

They will sit and hold up the line all day might just start washing it by hand again. Not worth the money. They opened the gate for a car that was sitting talking to the guy in the window for unreasonable long in turn my gate did not open holding me up they could have let the other side through if they were going to talk for 15 minutes

This company quickly went from my favorite car wash to the vain of my existence. I used to drive 40 minutes to this car wash until about a month ago when my car was damaged inside of their facility. The employee went inside of the car wash to grab the piece of my car that was removed while in the car wash and gave it to me. I later tried to email the owners with no response. I called a couple of times and was finally told that I needed to come in and fill out an incident report. The incident report was never offered or suggested while I was there at the time Of the incident. I returned to fill out The report and allow the employee to take pictures. I was told that I would be contacted by the owners within the week. Fast-forward to now it’s been a month with no contact from them whatsoever. I will not be returning, needless to say Zero out of 10 do not recommend. I have photos, but it will not allow me to attach them on Google. I’ve tried multiple times.

I get the Ollie monthly service and it does a good job but one thing that baffles me is since they have two lanes, why not designate one of the lanes for those that are the monthly subscription? You could have those people in and out very quickly and lower the wait times for the indecisive or the people having to run transactions via cash or card. I'm not saying you couldn't run a regular transaction in the monthly line, but man you could REALLY speed things up for all of your customers. Yes there would be a learning curve! But still overall a great service, just maybe a way to make it better. If those that are using the one a time car washes see the subscription people going in and out so efficiently, maybe you'll get more of them over to the subscription side! For some reason they have eliminated the wax or ceramic wax on the Ollie Wash! Nothing comes out when it’s supposed to! Sweet Jesus your own employees wash their personal vehicles at the end of their shift! Someone should know this by now!

My car was really dirty from the snow and salt from the road crew. I went to the car wash today and paid $19 to get it washed. The attendent I spoke to was really nice. My car went through like normal. Then when I got home, most of my car was clean but missed the whole right side of my car doors. I think next time I'll just go back to evansville to Mike's car wash. I never had any issues before going to Ollies.

Great car wash and personally did a better job than Crew car wash. Had works that sprayed the truck first then sent through a much longer washing area. To include the vacuums are free. Must go if you need a car wash.

I have a monthly membership I just purchased because I work late and they’re open until 8:00pm. However I get there at 7:00pm with cars still going through and the gentleman informed me that he decided to shut down early and couldn’t let me go through. Very bad customer service

Nice facility. The machine cleans pretty good. It is a smooth ride through. Then after your wash you can vacuum your vehicle yourself for free no matter how long. The suction is good. Overall a nice place
