We have taken several vehicles to this S. Burlington Oil and Go location. They have always been courteous , clear with estimated time, and services needed. I feel comfortable knowing they are going to be honest with me. It is nice to see a company who holds on to their employees for a long time, I see familiar faces each time I come back. I highly recommend the SB Oil & GO team.

Connor, Brittany, and the whole team take exceedingly good care of me and my car and I only hope that I will be able to go to them for everything my car might need in the future. They're kind, very efficient, knowledgeable, and they do an excellent job whether it's a simple oil change or something more complicated. They're always willing to explain everything patiently and in language that I understand, giving me options so that I can make the most informed decision possible for my vehicle. My former service center closed very abruptly, leaving me with nowhere to go but the dealership, which I want to avoid unless it's absolutely critical. I'll be returning to Connor and his team, and you would be wise to give them an opportunity to service your car, too!

What a great experience, from start to finish! The very cordial Jacob approached me as I was parking my vehicle to inquire about a slot to get my oil changed. He was able to tell me how long it would take, and the services provided. The waiting room was clean, the atmosphere was very professional, and overall, a very nice experience. Great job, Jacob… and the entire Oil n’ go team! Highly recommend!

They did a good job replacing my brakes completely on my car. They were thorough on bleeding the brakes, there's nothing scarier than a loose brake pedal and they made sure I didn't drive off with one. The manager girl (think her name is Brittany,) applied a brakes coupon for me too. She's good at her job, fair, has good customer service skills and hey, she's pretty cute even to boot. Thanks for the service!

OilNGo on Shelburne Road is my go-to for oil changes, filters, tires, lights, brakes, and even to get a dead mouse out of my filter! They are efficient, good price for the service, and have good customer service. I appreciate the fact that I can stop in after work for an oil change and they always do their best to fit me in. Love local businesses!

Lucas, the manager at Oil N' Go, was amazing. I was in Burlington for business - when my front passenger side brake started grinding and growling and it wouldn't let go. I was in a bind because I was supposed to be working. He quickly found out what was wrong, gave me an estimate for the repair, had the parts delivered very quickly, and completed the job in record time while I waited. He totally saved me and I could get back to work with hardly any down time. The cost was reasonable and everyone I interacted with at Oil N' Go was friendly. This was the first time I'd been there and was very impressed with the entire operation. Thanks so much Lucas!

This location has exceptional service. I go in to get oil changes and they always have me out in less than an hour. The crew is kind. If they find anything out of the ordinary with your car they will inform you immediately and even go the extra mile to show you! The waiting room isn't bad at all and is rather comfy. Did an oil change and didn't reattach the screws afterwards leading to over 100 dollars in damages. Mechanic said he sees this all the time from this sorry excuse for a mechanics shop. Attached video of sound the car was making a few days after Oil Change.

Came in early in the day and only had to wait just under 20 mins to be on my way again after the oil change. Decent price for their thorough work (topped off fluids, checked tire pressure, belts, etc without pressuring action on their recommendations). I really appreciate the picnic bench by the beautiful paper birch tree while I waited...it allowed me time to just be with Mother Nature for a few moments.

I have used them for uncountable oil changes! The shelburne road location has never turned me away. They give good time estimates and know their prices before they charge you. They have been quick and efficient. Britney Ramsey has been friendly and understanding. I appreciate their hard work.

Although I had agreed to the basic oil change service at 54.99 the bill had an extra 12.00 tacked on for “Premium Oil.” Whats the point of quoting a price and then adding surcharges? Also, as I was driving out I realized there was no sticker warning of next oil change. When I went back, they said they’re label machine was broken and tried to handwrite a sticker which is completely illegible. I won’t be back. While the owner replies that my car needed synthetic oil, which costs more, I was told just the opposite - that the service I was paying for included synthetic oil. So, there is clearly a disconnect here.

I brought my vehicle in for service and they wanted to take it without even asking me what service I wanted. As the person walked away, I had to call them back, andlet them know I was looking for a standard oil change. Without asking me, they put in synthetic oil, which is not what I wanted and it cost me more. The oil change was completed, presumably without issue. However, the customer service was subpar, and they are seemingly trying to upsell without consulting with customers.

$154 for a basic tire change on my Honda.. When I called for a quote earlier this fall, I know it was not nearly that high. At the shop, they told me there’s a new “surcharge” to keep prices competitive — which sounds like a scam to me. Super disappointing. Won’t be going back. __________________________________________________________________ Following up after the business response... I want to be clear that my concern isn’t simply that prices went up — it’s the lack of transparency around it. When I called earlier in the fall, the quote I was given was nowhere near the $154 I was ultimately charged. And when I asked about the difference at the shop, an employee empathized with the frustration and specifically told me that “the owner just wants more money...” That’s not a great explanation to give a customer and is exactly why this felt misleading.

Originally had my brakes pads and rotors replaced here in 2020 - my passenger front brake failed after 10 miles of driving as they didn’t not tighten bolts. I had my car towed back to the shop and they were able to make things right and fix failed brake replacement. I returned to oil-n-go for brake pads + rotors (front only) today 1/10/26. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and my car was not finished until almost 1pm - my car was not started until after 11am. Reception staff was very rude and tried to up-charge service. Mechanic spent more time chatting with co-workers than working. I will never be back.

I always have the best experience with this location! This afternoon, the manager came out to my car, was incredibly friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy.
