I paid $25 for the black tie, and I was pleasantly surprised with the work done! I got a full exterior wash, and they wiped down the interior, vacuumed the seats and floors! Pretty good price for the work done. My car looks great. I did notice that they didn't quite get in the corners with the vacuum but that might just be because I did the lower end deal! But overall, very nice work! Staff was friendly and their waiting room was comfy. Will be going again!

I received a gift certificate for a basic detail service at Executive Car Wash, and I'm so happy with the job they did. The interior is spotless, just as clean as when I bought it eight years ago, and the exterior looks great as well. The process was easy; I was able to drop off my car the night before, and they called me when it was done mid-morning. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them!

Every chance I can, I park AND have my vehicle detailed. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and level of detail. Their detailing prices are on par with other companies but the convenience is exceptional. They also give you a ride to and from the airport, although it’s an easy walk, too. Definitely recommend!!

Very disappointed with the service I received. I paid $27 plus a $5 tip expecting a proper car wash, but they only washed the floor mats. They didn’t wipe down any surfaces, didn’t touch the dashboard or doors, and didn’t even bother collecting the trash—they just left it where it was. For $32, I expected at least a basic interior cleaning. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

The black tie car wash is an amazing price for what you get, they treated my car with so much care and even wiped down the interior, took care of my mats. Would 100% recommend and come again.

They need more staff to clean. Their crew do their best to clean but would make their work not that good due to pressure for other people waiting. Management needs to make improvement on their managerial skills

Great car wash, various prices that include different levels of service. They also offer hand wash and detailing. We chose the $27 drive through which includes interior cleaning. We stayed in the car and exited at the end for the attendant to vacuum carpets, clean the vinyl mats and wipe the dash board. Looks great!

I used this place a couple of times for my full-on detail. The first time was a great experience. I used them again, not the same expectations the second time was nothing like the first time. I paid 220 for the service and gave a guy 40 dollar tip to only come home and look it over. I noticed that between the doors and seat was dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned on the passenger side. I opened the back seat cup holder and put it down, not even touched one bit dirty. The thing I wanted to be cleaned the most on the back seat was that this one odd mark of tire spot. Which was not even cleaned or touched. If it was not possible to clean , I said, "Hey, I can't clean that i tried." That was not the case, I'm not happy at all with what I paid for. I had to clean it myself afterward, which is the worst feeling ever! Definitely list my business and never going back.

Not satisfied at all the poor guy drying the cars off is given face towels to dry off car instead of actual car drying cloth the leather ones that you squeeze rinse the water out of and reuse. This is first and last time I come here 👎🏼

EDIT* I’ve always said that customer service comes before anything else. After my initial review, see below, I was contacted immediately, and the owner wanted to make it right. Understanding that it was still an inconvenience to have to come back, given the fact that I have newborn twins, he worked with me to get the car to the standard I’d expect when paying for a full detail. I was given a car to use while mine was being cleaned. When a business takes pride in every customer it shows. I appreciate the willingness to make it right. For $240 I definitely expected better. Sure the interior was wiped down with armorall but there still plenty of things that could’ve actually been cleaned off which was why I brought the car in to get detailed in the first place. My windows were left with streaks all over, the exterior was splattered with wax that wasn’t wiped off. When I spoke to the attendant, that was there, he simply passed the buck and said oh he’s not here come back tomorrow and he’ll fix it. Well, I have infant twins and getting there was hard enough the first time so I won’t be back. I won’t even use the rest of my gift card that got for Mother’s Day because it’s just not worth it.

Highly recommend washing elsewhere, they have horrible customer service. They will not return any phone calls and or follow up like they say. This car wash is not touch free and is very rough. The amount of friction being applied to the vehicle is excessive and may damage your car. It tore the trim/molding off and scratched my car doors when I went through with the black tie package on a Sunday, no manager was on duty but the nice gentleman working the wash looked at it with me and then called the manager (Tammy) and let me speak to her. When speaking with her she had said she would talk with the owner on Monday and then they would call me. (Keep in mind this is a new car) Monday came and went, thought I would hear back from them early Tuesday but then again nothing. Tuesday night I reached out to the on call number, Tammy answered I asked her what the scoop was and she stated she was too busy to call me or deal with the matter. I told her I would like to also and she stated that it wasn’t their fault and she would have the owner call me. Thursday comes and still nothing so I reach back out and was promised once again they would have the owner call me and yet here we are a week later without a call. They do not care about the customer here and would make sure to refrain from doing any business with these folks. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

My husband went through this car wash today 7/18/25, with a truck with a back rack and a fuel transport pump. There wasn’t any height restrictions posted.He brought his side mirrors in and was guided into the car wash and half way through came to a full stop. Back Rack was tangled up in the overhead piping. The attendant came and told him to pull ahead and the truck didn’t move at first, the attendant kept motioning him ahead which led to the Back Rack bending and breaking. The fuel tank sits behind the Back Rack which broke the pump. Once through the car wash the damage was obvious, he had to pull over to dismantle the Back Rack. He talked to the attendant who said he was going to get the boss and she said “you enter at your own risk”. That’s it, didn’t care. He was guided through and apparently the attendant didn’t know what the heck he was doing. Customer care, there was none. $500 worth of damage. Pass this place and find another.
