They bent my freakin dip stick and broke it and then they broke the cap to my power steering. Honestly just get your oil changed here screw the 16 point check.

Probably the easiest place in Salinas for an oil change. However, be prepared to wait up to an hour on the weekends if you don't make it in right when they open.

Always do a good job answering all my questions and explaining why i need work done . I was taken care of quickly and they saved me a ticket as i had a tail light out that i was not aware of and had my oil cap off which they found stuck in my engine. Thanks to the guys in Salinas for helping me

over 100.00 for an oil change and they didn't replace the oil filter. I drove another 5000 miles on my old filter thinking they had changed it. When I decided to change the oil myself I saw the old filter. They must have tried to take it off because it was dented around the sides. It was on tight but with some effort I got it off. They will not make such an effort, and they will not tell you. Never again. They are more expensive than the dealer.

Top notch service and quick. The only downfall is the price, if you have a newer car that needs good synthetic. Mine was over a hundred and I worked at auto shops. You can get top quality oil and a filter for 35-50 dollars. Just because it is synthetic I pay like what 100 percent more? I'm just going to Chevy, they are cheaper and dealers are never cheaper. It just takes longer, but you can drop it off and come back.

This place is good for when you don't feel like a DIY oil change. Good service but a little bit on the pricey side of your vehicle requires that special synthetic oil. Enjoy a complimentary USA Today newspaper while you are waiting. If your one of those people that likes to watch.. there is a monitor positioned next to the driver's side door to see what they are doing underneath. I will be back on my lazy oil change days.

Great service. My only complaint is it was hard to watch three cars go before me event though I was here before them. All because I chose the wrong line. Was there for about an hr. Overall great service as long as you get in the right line
