It's beating up my car. I wish I could bypass the dryer at the end. Noticing each wash evidence that something is giving a little etching or scrapes. It's a carwash. Expect it to not properly wash your car. But it's better than nothing. So...I continue to pay I do think if there was a better prewash cycle it could come out better

Good spot for quick self-driving and cleaning. But they use very colorful soaps that dry to your vehicle, leaving it all spotty and colorful..... why? It's not cute. Other than that, this place is good for a wash.

Really like this location because it’s close to my house. I give it 5 stars because I’ve always had a good experience here. The staff are always courteous and on top of their job. The location is always clean and the equipment is always in working order. My only gripe about this location is that the vacuum area is too small. I’ve never counted but I doubt more than 10-12 cars fit in the lot and at high volume periods. There’s always a line which inevitably causes congestion. But other than that great place to be a member.

Great car wash! The only complaint is that the tire shine was unavailable on the passenger side, but that wasn't a huge deal. They have free vacuums and rags to clean and dry your car.

I recently got new tires on my truck; I unfortunately couldn't use the Crofton location due to the width of my tires. They told me to call the Odenton location, and they were super friendly, professional, and helpful! My truck looked amazing!

Closest car wash to me and love it. I now have a monthly membership and am pretty happy with the results. The staff has always been very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this location.

I made a membership with this location, however, after going in and out my new 2021 Rav4 had scratch marks all near the side view mirrors (see images). I addressed my concern but they denied it. This is the only place I have a membership with and the only carwash I use. Customer service is not at point, they could have at least offerred a month of free membership or some other accommodation for this situation.

I thought the prices were too much until I found out it was monthly. Basic plan is not worth it. Please don't waste your money getting the "rinse my car" option which does absolutely nothing. If you self wash your car once a week it's the same cost monthly. And you get to do that once a day which sounds like a steal but no one really does that. You're not saving any money at all if you're on a once a week car wash schedule The free cleaning and mat wash is amazing. The vacuum pressure only ever gets low if it's extremely busy but it works really well. The staff are amazing, respectful, and easily approachable. A solid 4.5 Out of 5

I have been a member for over 3 years now. I have the super membership. I hate their new AI system. I can never get through the gate. It stopped detecting my tags. So I have to wait for someone to come out and ask me am I a member. So inconvenient. Non members get in way quicker. While I'm still waiting. I will be going straight to the cashier from this point because this is ridiculous for the wait.

One of my preferred locations as the line is typically not long for the wash or the vacuums. The only con to this location is the street lighting at night and the view to the left when exiting is slightly obstructed to see on coming traffic . This is a busy road so be cautious when exiting. The membership is a pretty good deal as you can go to any location.
