I used to go to these people all the time. But this morning i woke up in a rush do get to a client (I’m a nurse) you there as soon as they opened. He kept trying to talk me into getting an extra service that i did not have time for and would cost an extra 25 on to of the $36 i was already ready to pay. He claimed it was sap from a tree in my car but i don’t live near any trees and i could wipe it off with a light touch of my finger. When I told him i did not have time or extra money. He dismissed me and my service on account of “He doesn’t want my car to mess his car wash up” Like WHAT?!? How could that damage your car wash? Lol i go to them regularly every summer but won’t EVER come back here again.

This is the best full service job I’ve ever had on my car! And the quickest! The owners are the sweetest people ever. There is a cat named baby who will greet you with a sweet face. He’s friendly and likes a good pet! Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The lobby is a cozy place to sit while your car is being cleaned. They’ve earned a loyal customer!!

This was the worst car washing experience I ever received. The manager was super rude and the more questions I asked the worst he was. They did not want to dry my rims and stated it was a additional charge. The female cashier charged me an additional $3.00 cause I had a SUV, to make matters worst she was trying to justify doing it. I will never ever use this car wash again. I should have known better, when a car wash is empty on a beautiful sunny day. Otto Diaz was simply horrible. If I could rate them no stars I would! It is clear by the reviews the older lady cashier and the owner Otto is super rude, he is clearly not in business to make money. The car cleaners were afraid to say anything. Horrible place, this is why it’s always empty!!

We have been bringing our cars here for almost 4 years now. The owners, a husband and wife, are some of the nicest, hardest working people you'll meet. Our cars always come out looking excellent. They always greet me and my 3 young children with a smile and asking how they are doing. They are so so kind. I can't imagine them being anything but that, unless they are dealing with a customer who is rude and unreasonable. They are definitely not going to allow anyone to come into their business and talk to them rudely or be have poorly. Good for them. We love this car wash, and we love the owners.

We always use OD’s. They treat the customers with kindness and the staff are so careful with the vehicles. I bring my car through weekly or more and they keep it spotless. Just brought our old truck through for detailing. It hasn’t been washed in 2 years. It was bad. They made it look like brand new. Cannot believe it is the same truck. Best car wash in town. Best people in town. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

Used to like this place but last time I came in there was no one to assist me so we went inside not knowing what to do and the old man there started yelling at me and my daughter like we were children. Run by foreigners. You can tell because they have no respect for women or a child which was standing beside me. Just a simple walkthrough car wash and vacuum is $40 at least. Too expensive considering how they think they can treat you. I left automatically

I absolutely love this car wash!!!! The owners and the staff are beyond sweet. They make sure you are educated about all the different washes and detailing services. They genuinely care about giving you your moneys worth. I drive 40 minutes just to get my car washed and it’s worth every minute. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I've had a membership at Od's for over 3 years, and absolutely would not take my vehicle elsewhere. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and treat me like a friend! To be clear, I care very much about the paint and finish on my car, and trust Od's to treat it as though I were I doing the wash myself. I have not been disappointed with a single visit in over three years. Take my word for it...you will love this family car wash!

Wash and clean is good. Dealing with the wife/cashier is painful. I’ve tried to support this local business for a few years, but her continued rudeness with customers is unacceptable. I questioned a $3 charge for “bug removal”. I was already paying the optimal wash package price. The cleaning should clear any bugs…especially since I had no bugs! She removed the $3 charge, but not without a loud explanation of why the front of my car will not be scrubbed prior to entering the tunnel for cleaning. Bottom line: it’s a car wash. Please, just make it more pleasant and less stressful for your customers. Sadly, I will not be using your services anymore.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. They always do an amazing job. Car looks & smells new every time. Waiting room is nice and clean. The workers are great. However, I went at 4:30pm one day and they would not service me, because “they’ve been busy all day”. What kinda customer service is that? Yes they are the best in the business, but their customer service is 3/5.

We inherited a 2006 Ford Explorer with less than 22,000 miles, but it lacked interior and exterior maintenance due to owner disability. The vehicle was protected in part by a carport, but was still discolored with dirt and debris. The OD's Car Wash and Detail owners were friendly, courtesy, and most of all conscientious in preforming an unbelievable rejuvenation to both the interior and exterior.

Od's is a miracle worker! My girlfriend had her car detailed the other day and here's our story: Our son left her sun roof open on NYE and we got a ton of rain before she realized it was left open. He Googled options on how to get rid of the water and moisture. They put baking soda all over to soak up the moisture and left it in the car for awhile. The inside of the car looked like someone set off a baking soda bomb. She took it to Od's and he saved her car from having to be completely reupholstered. When we went to pick up the car, we were totally floored with how great it looked. He made the inside look brand new again. So the moral of the story is, if you leave your windows or sunroof open, don't Google ways to clean it. Take it straight to Od's Car Wash & Detail. We learned a lesson from this experience.

I had bought a used “mom” car about a couple of month ago, and could tell that it was a previous smoker car and kid car. There were a few trouble spots in my carpet that I was really wanting to get out and they took care of it completely! He threw in a free car wash after detailing and it looks way better than before and looks new!

I can't say enough about these guys. Both Otto and Ida were incredibly friendly, and Otto was very fair with the pricing considering the age and condition of the vehicle. I brought my fiance's '06 Sentra in to get a full detail to get it ready to sell, and their team did a fantastic job. In fact, one of their team members who was working on it, James, ended up buying the car. I didn't even have to list it anywhere. Overall, amazing experience, and I'll definitely be taking my cars by there for a wash anytime I'm in Murfreesboro.

I brought my wife’s car in today for a full detail inside and out. It only cost me $40. The staff was wonderful greeting me at my car as I pulled up. The car looks amazing inside and out. I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer, the staff and the entire crew were so friendly and welcoming

I would give 0 stars however in order to give a review you have to give a star. My sister and I came to this place to get the inside of her car detailed. However a foreign guy with white hair (who seemed very friendly) came to the car and said that unfortunately due to the damage of the front of my sisters car (her front bumper is hanging) that we would have to go elsewhere in order to get the car washed. We were not there to get the car washed. We were there to get the inside of the car detailed. My sister was just as confused as I was and said “huh?” The man then states and I quote “You heard exactly what I said. You speak english just as I do. You can take your car to the other car washes either there or there but I won’t be able to wash your car with the damages to your car. I don't want to be held responsible.” We just looked at him as he walked away. If this is the owner of this establishment, he was very rude. We understood that there was damage to the front of the car however we weren’t there to get the car washed which is why there was confusion. However confusion or not he had no reason to be rude to us for not understanding the denial of a service of which we did not ask. Do not go here. There’s a more friendly car wash that’s has active listening skills, and is very professional down the street that details the inside of your car beautifully.

I visited this car wash with my truck a few weeks ago. The owner came out, offered to run it through for $60, and while I thought that was a little high, I decided to give it a try. The wash turned out okay, and the owner even told me to “come back and we’ll take care of you,” which is why I was willing to pay the $60 the first time. Today, I went back expecting to pay again for the same service. Instead, the owner came out and told me they “don’t do that.” When I reminded him that he charged me $60 for it last time, he didn’t acknowledge it, didn’t offer any solution, and frankly didn’t seem to care. It was disappointing because the first time felt like a sales pitch, but when I actually came back as a repeat customer, he refused the service. It left me with the impression that the owner was more interested in taking the money the first time than building a relationship with a customer.
