The workers at this car wash do a very good job, but the lady at the front desk is not good for the business. She is very unprofessional, has no customer service skills and she doesn’t even know her purpose of being there. As a dealer, I once had an agreement with the owner or manager for a fixed price. When she came, she started changing prices. When I try to explain she could not listen. Not only that, she went and gave bad recommendations about us to the manager to cancel the agreement and not to accept our business anymore. There was also a time that I paid for a service and asked for my receipt. She refused to give my receipt with no explanation whatsoever. Generally speaking, her behavior, attitude and mood is not good for the business If she continue to be in that position, she will be the cause of the dawn fall of that business. First impression is very important. And a person who can not give a good image of a business should not represent that business or be in the forefront. I’m making this review because I have got many people and car dealerships making complaining about the same lady.

I always go to this car wash I want there yesterday to wash my car my side mirror was perfectly fine when I got there going through the car wash one of the brushes broke my mirror off without not even looking at the camera Amigo told me I came with my car like that that’s bad business, you can’t have cameras and don’t look at them when something happened to someone car I will not be back there

We scheduled two vehicles to be detailed on Monday 8/5 for drop off at 9 AM. Unfortunately, they weren’t open at 9 AM and after calling and waiting for 45 minutes we left. We went back at 12 pm and they were still not open. It would have been extremely helpful to receive a phone call that they needed to reschedule us or some type of communication that they would not be able to detail our vehicles on the scheduled day and time. We’ve brought vehicles here in the past and they’ve done a good job, but I will not be going back based on the poor communication.

Review for Octopus Car Wash & Detail Center I had a terrible experience at Octopus Car Wash & Detail Center and want to share it so others know what to expect. I scheduled a full detail service for my vehicle, mainly to address pet hair embedded in the carpet, which was the only reason I opted for a professional service instead of doing it myself. Here’s what happened: 1. Poor Customer Service: When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I wasn’t greeted properly. Instead, I was questioned as if I didn’t have an appointment, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. 2. Subpar Work Quality: The detailing was far from thorough. I specifically pointed out areas with dog hair and other spots on the carpet that weren’t cleaned properly, but these issues were still left unresolved. 3. Neglectful Care: My vehicle’s seats were left soaking wet, with no apparent effort made to dry them, which left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. For the price I paid for a full detail, I expected much better service and quality. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend Octopus Car Wash & Detail Center to others.

Great service for the money. My car is well cleaned and the prices are affordable. My only regret is I am never able to tip the guys detailing my car because I never carry cash and I forget to get some before I arrive. Bottomline: Great car wash and detailing service.

Been here before and had a great experience but this time wasn't so great. You can see my floor mats are still sopping wet and dirty they said they don't clean the seats which they did last time so they're still covered with sticky stuff and my dash is full of dust still. Looks like they just wiped down the top of the dash real quick and the steering wheel. Got the 'Better'deal. Not worth they almost $27 it cost.

I have had my car washed 2 times lately and multiple items were stolen I tried to call abt them never get anyone to answer finally took time went there talked to manager told him my story he promised to get back to me in 2-3 days that was abt 5 days ago I told him I would never be back to this car wash so sad you can’t trust people

If your car is already clean, then go to this place if not be prepared for them to not vacuum or wipe the inside down. If they mess up, they might give you another wash but don’t expect anything extra that you already paid for. I will take my business BACK to mister. Update- So wiping down the dash/console is apart of the #1 interior package they just choose not to do it. Got it. Thank you to the owner for rewashing my vehicle.

They just got done with my car. Over all customer service was amazing. Just know to leave your car there for 4-6 hours depending on the weather. Am amazed. Over all great service will recommend to anyone who needs their car detailed.

The exterior car wash went up $5, it was $12 last week. So now an exterior wash is $17+tip. An exterior wash here is now about $20. The price eas still on the menu, i was fooled into paying for it. Never again. This carwash has the oldest equipment around from the 90s. Every other wash in the area is much cheaper with newer gentler equipment. Never again will i get my car washed here. First it was the attitude form the short cashier lady and now high prices. REPLY TO OWNER: Its rude and disrespectful to call someone a liar, especially when they are telling the truth. Responding with insults and disrespect is a sign of low intelligence. The real reason you guys took the cheap exterior wash off the menu is because your new manager made a bad call and thought he could increase revenues. But that's not happening in crystal. Make all the claims you want about your equipment, but its definitely not new, its definitely not in new condition and it doesn't look or perform anything like new. I dont know how many times in the past 2 years i have been turned away for a wash because your equipment was broken down. And i was reading the last 20 reviews for your carwash. And the reviews dont lie. 80% are bad reviews.

I have been coming to this car was for years and they normally do a good job. Yesterday, I was so disappointed, without any notice they took out the basic wash also called the "Supreme " which costed $13.00, and I had no other choice to purchase the next cheapest option which was $17.00 with tax it costed $19.00.. $6.00 dollars increase!!!! The wash was no different from the other except for the tire shine.. Basically the woman sprayed some grease on it and that's it. Needless to say, I will find another place to wash my car. You have lost a long lasting customer.
