I apologize for not leaving a written review at first. I was disappointed with this wash due to the amount of bugs still left on my trucks side view mirrors. I paid for the top wash and feel it wasn't worth it. Just know you may need to scrub it yourself. The undercarriage wash is worth it for the fact I went further north and needed to wash off salt. I'm willing to try it again if it improves.

My cars clear coat was damaged a few weeks ago in Aug. The owner meant up with me at a repair shop and reassured me that it would be fixed despite accusing my kids doing the damage. Who are grown adults and have their own cars. This man was not sympathetic to my car being damaged. He tried to point the finger at ever other possibility for it occurring. But clearly you can see where the jet did a line of taking the clear coat off. He didn't know if he wanted to go through his insurance or not. So i gave him the weekend to think on it. Reached out to him the end of the following week since i didn't hear anything back. He replied that the insurance agent had been on vacation. So another week gos by i didn't hear anything. Finally talked to insurance agent who Wasn't aware that i had already meant up with the owner and got a quote on the damages. He told me he would reach out to him and get that info. I made a few calls back to the insurance agent and owner. Neither have reached out to contact me at this point. Integrity would be simply repairing my car as you told me you would do and not blowing me off.

Ran into a small issue at the car wash and contacted the owner. He was very nice and professional and resolved my issue almost immediately. Would definitely keep using this facility and recommend it to my friends. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Not terrible for $14. It didn't clean the bugs on backs of my side mirrors and grill, two teensy stripes on my hood (1/8 inch or smaller), remove the "halo" where my windshield wipers don't hit, or about 6 inches all around on the bottom of my truck. But it did clean the majority.

I come here often because it's near my home. It has always been clean, quiet and well maintained. Today there was a malfunction and the wash never started. I called the # on the wall and left a message. My call was promptly returned by Drew the owner. He was very apologetic and nice and sent me a code for an upgraded wash. So I'm a happy satisfied customer who will continue to use and recommended this business.

I've been going here for about 3years now and haven't had any issues. Normally, a lot of automated car washes in the area don't properly clean your car. Leaving some area still dirty. However at oasis, that's never been an issue for me.

I took my car through this car wash and got the $10 wash which should’ve at least got the dirt off the car but when it was done my car was still dirty it doesn’t clean the car at all.

I used to pay $200+ for hand washing, but I would always see swirl marks afterward. Now, I pay $15 for a hands-free wash that doesn't leave swirl marks that have to be buffed out. Whoever designed this system is a genius.

BEST laser wash in town, and I've tried them all. I won't use a traditional brush car wash because they can easily scratch the paint. This laser wash is completely touchless so no scratches! It does a great job even on the wheels. The dryer is great also. Other laser washes have left a lot of water still on the car, not this one. The spot free rinse does a great too. If there is any water spots left after dryer they'll dry without leaving a spot due to the spot free rinse. I use this place 3-5 times a week. I love it! PERFECT for removing the pollen this time a year! !

Although the car at first was nice and shiny, it’s highly disappointing having these results the next day. Usually I would wash it myself and thought spoiling the car with the highest selection would last longer and I was deceived. This is my vehicle at first glance once I walked up to it today.

Finding a touchless wash that can accommodate a seven foot vehicle is tough. I went in with my truck being filthy (mud, road salt, pollen) just expecting it to get the basics off. Coming out, I was very please and impressed with how well the performed. I do wish I had taken a before picture just to compare the difference.
