Earlier today, Patrick (at the window of Tommy's Carwash in Fayetteville) listened as I explained to him that I had just realized that I had forgotten my debit card. Instead of explaining to me how to exit the carwash, he offered me a free car wash!! I was speechless. Stunned. And incredibly grateful. He was kind, gracious and unassuming. Tommy's carwash always provides a quality carwash. It appears that they hire quality employees as well.

Best car wash in Fayetteville honestly, they have great prices and do holiday offers especially towards military service members. Their car wash packages are reasonably priced. Their cash wash has never scratched my cars, their equipment is well maintained. Love their free mat wash machine.

I’ve come to this location many times and have always been happy with the car wash (and wash options). The Vacuums are convenient right after your wash as well as the FREE mat washing. I met Jamal on this visit and he was kind to assist with running my mats through the washer while i vacuumed as well as taking the time to inform me of the benefits of being a member (which i need to just do already 😄). Wonderful service! Thank you, Jamal!

Today was my first time visiting this car wash and I was very impressed. Team member Jamal assisted me at the window and he was kind and knowledgeable about the services and which wash would be best. I don’t typically use a car wash, but after driving on brined roadways for two weeks, I knew I needed an undercarriage wash to remove the damaging salts. Tommy’s is the only car wash I’ve found in the area that includes an undercarriage wash. When I pulled up to the window yesterday, and began discussing with the attendant the different options, he upgraded me to the top package. I never opt for the top package, on the occasions when I do use a car wash. But later, after arriving home, I noticed that my car’s finish looked brighter, and felt smoother. I will very likely opt for this same level on future visits. This was only my third visit to Tommy’s, but I’ve had a great experience each time. This is now my go-to car wash.
