First went to the cash lane and the machine wouldn't accept my money. Second, backed up to enter the card only lane. The vehicle in front had soap left all over his car. He got out of the stall and called the telephone number to report the malfunction. Same exact thing happened when I drove through. I also called the telephone number and no response. SHAME ON THIS BUSINESS OWNER!!!! Not a very warm welcome back to Norwich.

Was actually pretty good car wash. Although it says spot free rinse and that is not true. Also vaccum took my money and did not turn on nor give me my money back when I hit the refund button.

Car wash machine ate my $20 bill and didn’t give me my change. I had to call and leave a voice message because there is no attendant and the owner lives out of town. I’m yet to receive my money, don’t go here. Visit elsewhere for a decent wash and vacuum!

Does a good job for $10. Was seems to stay on, water beads for a month after application. I go biweekly this time of year to remove salt. One complaint is the countdown timer on the blowers, you only really get 30 seconds it seems once the blowers get up to speed. Back end of car normally requires a wipedown.

The car wash said "this car wash is out of service " and the person that runs the car wash place went and started it for us for free. I think that was so nice of them! It makes me think....there are still nice people in this world. It made my year🤗

This is the only car wash I go to in town! So much more convenient than having to get out and wash it yourself, and have never had a bad experience. Vacuums are placed right after the wash as well which makes it easy to get everything done.

You rarely get what you pay for,and no one is ever around to help when you have a problem. Undercarriage wash does not work and no one gets back to you when you call and leave a message on their service number. Never seems to get all the soap off the car when it rinses and the blower just pushes the soap down the door panels .

Touchless wash has terrible water pressure and left soap on the car. Air dry started before the high pressure wash was even done so we barely got any time to dry either

Went there today and their car wash stall on the left wasn’t in service. We selected the deluxe wash then went into the car wash stall on the right and there was absolutely no water. It sprayed the multicolored foam on the car but didn’t rinse it off. The sprayers went around the car multiple times but nothing else came out and it even said on the board what was supposed to be happening. We tried calling the customer service number provided but no one answered.

Been through the actual car wash once. It's fine, you get what you pay for. The more you pay the better the wash typically. The vacuums are very reliable and a great place to post up and vacuum out your car and feel productive on a Saturday morning.

I went on May 30th to the touchess stall to get the $21 wash. It worked fine up until the wax was distributed. It spit out the wax then the arms just stopped. No prompts. No water. No air. I ended up having to go into the other stall and pay $8 just to quickly wash the wax off. I contacted the company twice via email, nothing. Thry hade no problems charging my card though.This place is a rip off. I will stick to Petro Max. At least if there is an issue, someone is there to fix it.

Usually an ok carwash, alright for the price, but last night I went to wash my car, and it bring nighttime I couldn't see the very top display that said it was out of service. Since I couldn't see it I didn't know so I went through and selected the wash and put my card in, and it still charged my card even though it was out of service. Wild

This should be a negative five stars! I selected and paid for the Ultimate Wash.. soaked my car all up and never rinsed it. Car is completely covered in foamy pink and blue soap. No one answers the phone, but they tell you to leave a voicemail. Which I definitely did but no one answered or returned my call. They should close the doors on this place it is nothing but a rip off

1/13/26 Edit: revisited recently and am changing the review to 4 stars. The issues have been solved, for now. The touch less is very good. BUYER BEWARE! I paid for a car wash and the bay doors to the wash never even opened. I called the customer service number and there is no human being to assist. There's no one on site to help either. Someone else in line behind me had the same issue the day prior and came by to see if it was fixed. She had not received a refund either. $18 down the drain. I do not recommend this car wash at all, which is a shame because I've spent quite a bit here in the past. Not sure what the problem is but if you're looking to light $20 on fire and have a dirty car, this is the place!

Both stalls are malfunctioning and left soap on my car. I paid for another wash in the other port and that was wasn't working properly either. No response from the owner when I called. I do not recommend.

The worst experience ever. Their card payment system doesn't work, and when I paid with a $20, the machine didn't give me change. I called the number they listed, and they didn't answer. They're really disorganized. I will never go back to that place.

I went through the car wash last night, purchasing the Premium wash for $21. First the wash cycles seemed a bit off. The car wash indicated it was finished, though my car still had soap and a bit of dirt on it. I pulled out of the bay and pulled over in the lot to get out and inspect my car; I was shocked and quite upset with the appearance of my car! Some kind of chemical,or something blue and a rusty orange color, stained and was caked to my car! I have used this wash for several years BUT will NEVER return! I went immediately to the car wash at the Xtramart down the street and went through hoping it would clean the mess on my car, nope , helped a little bit but not enough. Now I will have to get my car detailed professionally. Formal complaint being filed with the company.
