Pulled up and paid damn near $35 - $40 for a Rav 4. 2017 edition so OK it's an SUV, I understand. Guy says 45 mins. I go across the street get something to eat at Popeyes and take my time, car still not done. I should've known it was gonna be an iffy job because during my 2 HOUR wait, one dude came back and vacuumed his own carpet they forgot about and another girl came back and had a long discussion about something being wrong with her car. Then when the car is finally done I have to tell them to wipe down the car from all the lint left all over it. Long wait and overpriced for the work. Got a bunch of young dudes working. Only 1 of them there is really cleaning the cars like they should be. The rest look like they want to quit.

Im absolutely love this place. The only thing I Strongly disagree is, they have to share the tips. I mean that's super wrong. 1 work harder than most. They're deserved the absolute 100% tips. NOT SHARED TIPS PLEASE. People are deserve What they're meant to have. Owner please fix the problem. THANK YOU. I will fix the rating after u fix the tips problem.

I have been getting my car washed here for a few years now, and today the level of disrespect that I received from one of the staff persons was utterly mind blowing. I left my car for two hours for a VIP leather wash, came back, paid for the service, drove off and noticed my car was only wiped down and tires shine. I returned to show the manager, Pete and he became defensive when all the signs were evident. I asked for a refund and was told I would not be receiving a refund. Some of the other workers came over examed my car and also saw that it had not been washed on the exterior, the windows, dash, etc... they then apologized for Pete's behavior. After waiting for 30mins I received the full refund and will never return to this establishment. The owner is a good guy, buy that Pete did it for me... signed, in search for a car wash in Fort Lauderdale.

The absolute worst!!!!!!! Just went yesterday and they were terrible . I wanted almost two hours and my car wasn’t done. I told the gentleman in charge of the fact of how long I wanted and all he said was sorry, then proceed to walk off. The product and the customer service equals a waste of time. I would caution anyone especially on a Saturday , unless you have money to blow for a half job and half your day to waste sitting, DONT GO HERE

Sitting here for an hour. Workers walking around doing nothing. I ask the White owner if someone started my car because I hear the other workers saying no one had touched my car. He says with any attitude they doing it you doing all that talking very freaking rude. It's my 1st and LASTTTT TIME. Even the work said don't come back. WTH

I was in the area at the DMV, so I decided to get my car washed at Annellie's after reading some positive reviews on Google. They took almost 2 hours to wash my car. I was just getting a regular car wash of the interior and exterior. I figured since they took so long my car would be sparkling clean, so I tipped the guy 30%. When I looked at my car the exterior of the car was still dirty, especially the front and they SCRATCHED my 1 year old car that was in perfect condition before I went to get my car washed at Annellie's, now I have to get my car repainted, luckily I was planning to add stripes to my car. I guess they thought I wouldn't look over my vehicle before leaving! There also were many dirty spots, that weren't taken care of on the exterior of my vehicle. I passed my fingers down the side of my car and it seems like they didn't even clean the sides of the car! The interior was a mess, they left dust everywhere. They didn't even bother to use some kind of spray to shine up the seats. Some dust was also accumulated in some corners of my vehicle, and they were not vacuumed up. I told the guy who washed my car that there was dirt and spots all over. He said "you have to get your car detailed and waxed in order to get rid of all the dirt and spots and I keep telling people to stop parking under trees." I wanted to ask for my generous tip back. First of all I don't park under any trees and I have gotten a regular car wash at many other car wash places and they got rid of all the dirt and spots and did a splendid job. Second I rubbed the dirt spots with my fingers and it came right off, so the car wash guy went and got a filthy rag and wiped down the car. He was just wiping the dirt all over my car. I was so irritated I didn't want him touching my car any more, so I decided to just leave. This is the worst car wash I have ever gotten and I will not return to Annellie's Car Wash.

$20 for a car wash is the norm i guess.. Car wash started and I mentioned that my puppy had vomited on the carpet and I was told that he would take care of it. Apparently he told the manager and then the manger asked me to show him... next thing I know the wash was done and nothing was ever mentioned. After paying I mentioned that the small spot wasn't cleaned and he told me it would be $25 to shampoo that spot. I then told him that how come you didn't tell me till after I again mentioned it. I was willing to pay for it but not only did it seem like they didn't want to do it (or the money for it) but I was just brushed off. In addition, more than half the staff was not wearing face mask (covid) while handing off chicken to each other all while washing cars. Smh. Poor customer service and highly unprofessional. Last time I bring one of my vehicles here.

Disappointed. Outside car looked great. Inside...windshield wasn't clean. I had to call their attention to it. It was a SUV and they didn't pop the trunk and vacuum area or ask if I wanted it done and it needed it. I had even removed all personal articles to make it easy for them. They didn't vacuum the leather seats so there was still debris in the seams. I won't go back.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I came in with a love bug problem on the front and windshield and they not only took care of that, they cleaned the interior and exterior to how it looked when I bought the car last year. I can't recommend them highly enough!! They will get ALL my car wash business, period!

Terrible service, lazy people don't want to work...the laugh at me...they over charged me, they didn't clean inside the car...they think I'm stupid...they didn't respect the customers...I'll come back to talk to the manager

I got the Lady's Special for $32. The guy that worked on my car did an amazing job. My car smelled great and literally no dirt and dust. My car has not been cleaned for 1 year and that is a miracle. This place has a waiting room in doors and chairs outside. It took 40 minutes to clean the exterior, interior and get a wax.

Worst car wash in the world. They damaged my rims with a wire brush and don’t want to fix it or pay to have them fixed. Been out here 2 hours talking to the owner to see what we can come up with and he’s telling me that they didn’t do it. Which he wasn’t even here when it happen. I showed the damage to the managers when it happen before I step foot in my truck. I would not recommend this car wash to no one in the world. They shouldn’t be allowed to even wash bicycles.
