Barbara was awesome? I went in for a part and it was quite a bit more than I expectedid. She didn't have it in stock, but she called the closest location and they had it. I told her I needed to go by Auto Zone on the way and see if they had it cheaper. She went online found one alot cheaper and discounted it for me. So I could just buy that part from them and go pick it up from tje location down the road saving me time and energy. How great was that? I just necessary a local Oreillys gal!

Didn’t get the name of the person I was working with, but the staff here was very helpful. They know their stuff and aren’t your typical uneducated checkout robot that knows nothing about cars or the parts you are ordering. They were only store in town that could get the gasket I needed for my jeep, and had it delivered to the store in just 2 hours. And they helped me figure out which axle I had on my jeep. I’m a mechanic so I’m usually the one who knows more than parts store staff, but I was happy to be able to lean on the staff here when I was unsure about several aspects of the job at hand.

This is my favorite of the two O'Reilly stores in Denton to go to. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Paul is the person who keeps me coming back and I would say he knows the most about parts. He also knows my name when I walk in the door which is a big part of what keeps me spending my money at this location.
