Shifter knob came off new 23 Sequoia we bought from Classic Toyota. Although it is still under warranty and I’m sure Toyota would cover it, I was given an estimate for over $420 to secure it back on. Nathan, the service manager, was rude and said it was caused by abuse and that it was ripped out. He made some accusations that were just not true. Disappointing.

There is no point in making an “appointment.” If you do be prepared to wait hours regardless. We arrived at 8:40am - it is now 11:20 am and our vehicle is not ready yet. This is such a disregard to anyone with children that have to come with you. Will not be returning!

I feel that the service center has gone down in customer service over the years. I feel that I was a second thought even though I have Toyota care and made an appointment. The tech that worked on my car left the steering wheel dirty and they didn’t even offer to wash my car like they always have.

Service was great, arrived at scheduled appointment time. They got right on it, while I waited inside had a,cup of coffee. Then waited until car service was completed. Given a full report about service and what was found an fixed. Looking forward to next service.

When in town I use Classic Toyota to service my 4Runner. I had the pleasure of having Torrey Murphy as my service adviser. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and services associated with my vehicle. As unpleasant and time consuming service of a vehicle is, Torrey and the facility makes it pleasant. As a woman getting a car serviced I always appreciate when service staff are polite and respectful and don't treat me with condescension and everyone I've interacted with here has been really helpful and polite. Their prices have been very reasonable and they are not constantly trying to add on additional service charges that I didn't request which I appreciate. I'm usually able to get an appt. relatively quickly too.

Very nice place. Nice people who work with me to get my needed vehicle maintenance done. I'm on a very limited income and I drive a Camry Hybrid. More shops are working on Hybrids and I have found Classic to be quite competitive in their pricing.

Buying a used car was easy but getting it into service to fix an AC issues has been a different story. Car is still in repair after being told it would be done Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and now it should be ready tomorrow…maybe. It’s comical at this point. I would buy another car here, not used, but I will try to avoid the service center. BTW Only had the car for two days and I’m sure they used the warranty I’m paying for even tho it seems kind of shady. I also had to be the one to call them for updates. I hate I am having this experience but I hope you don’t.

This review is for the service reception. I've been coming here for the passed 2 years and I've been extremely happy with toyota since I bought my camry in 2021. Every time I came in I always had Allie Foley assist me (I think that's how you spell her name) and I would love to give her personally a 5 star review because she's great and she deserves the recognition. However the last 2 times I've been here I had someone different and I would prefer not to say any names, tho she is very nice and professional, I came in to get a new tire and rim. The first day I came in (I had an appointment and explained everything to the lady on the phone) I waited for 4 hours at Toyota just for them to tell me I had to pre-order the rim so I did just that, that day and paid for it and made a different appointment for the next week. When my next appointment came, I ended up being there for 6 hours! Apparently the parts department lost my rim, it took the over 2 hours to find it and the girl that was assisting me kept giving me false information including how long the process would take. Not to mention I'm the one that had to keep going up to her because nobody ever came up to me to give me updates. I didn't get my first update until 2 hours of being there and that's only cuz I went up to ask.

Service Advisor Douglas Nieto is the guy that I randomly got when taking my truck in for service. I’ve never been there before but he was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Immediately I felt as if I could trust whatever he told me. He told me that he would get someone to look at my transmission and let me know why I was having problems. Within a couple of hours they had my vehicle diagnosed, and knew to the $ what it would cost to fix it and he called me and gave me this information so I could make an informed decision. Because of everything I had seen so far there was no question in my mind that his information was accurate and complete. There was a 2 week back order on the parts my truck needed so I expected to be without it for a while. Nope it was done less than a week later. I’ve never had a better experience at any service center and I messaged Douglas not realizing it was his day off and he STILL got back to me immediately! If everyone took care of their customers this would be a MUCH better world!! I didn’t meet any of the people that did the work in my vehicle but it is PERFECT and even though it’s a 16 years old it’s not running like it’s brand new!! Thank you everyone a Classic Toyota!! Make sure you get everything in writing! The service contract on our Highlander was up for renewal. Larry told us there was a special and the price would be $245. After agreeing, we were told to pick the vehicle up on Monday and pay for everything at that time. After picking it up today, he said the new price was $295! So far, we've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer. This will be the last one. These people have no honesty or integrity whatsoever! Avoid this place at all costs!

I have bought four hybrids from Classic Toyota. We have three still running and running well; he fourth was hit and totaled. I credit the men and women of Classic Toyota’s Service Center for keeping them running and running well. I have had several advisors over the years and while all of them know their jobs, Douglas Nieto is the one I go to for all our maintenance and diagnostic needs. He is very attentive and listens to what I am experiencing without judgement or substituting his knowledge with my experience. He is always willing to work with you and to get you taken care of right even if it requires more time than expected. He doesn’t let you leave until he knows you are satisfied with the service you have received and all your concerns are addressed. Definitely the place and person to see to keep your car running right!

Went in for a battery replacement under warranty and my service advisor, Mariela Hernandez, was awesome. There was a discrepancy between 50 and 25% prorated balance since the battery was right on the mark between being 48 and 49 months old, so I probably gave them more trouble than they needed, and turned out to be just over the 48 month mark anyways. But because of the trouble, they offered to waive the labor and have a service technician help me replace the battery outside. I wish I remembered his name, but super cool guy and very grateful since he didn't have to do that. Service has always been good at this location and will continue to come back.
