The service providers and technicians at the O'Reilly Auto Parts on North Salinas are the best... they are always so helpful and competent about any concerns you may have on any vehicle. They have provided me recommendations for my 3 Jaguars and Mercedes-Benz. And after purchasing a new Nissan Altima Pure Drive they have provided equally good recommendations as well.

Sounds like the female worker cant act professional🤷🏽♀️ Talking about her customers. We dont know much about cars but we are trying to learn from my dad who is a mechanic. We come in asking for oil and she asked for the plates. We left with what we needed. We had to come back to buy another part because my dad noticed that my car needed that too, we come in and give our plates to a nice gentlemen. This woman for real passes behind him "still want to know what I am talking about?" laughing. Okay ma'am clearly doesn't know how to act. You shouldnt laugh at your customers like that, you have your job because of the customers. 🙃 Please show some manners and respect.

My headlight was out for some reason. The O'Reilly professional said it probably was the bulb instead of a fuse, as I thought. He even came outside, right before closing time to check it out! I bought the new headlight & a set of fuses, too. I asked for mechanic recommendations because i need this fixed asap. The recommended mechanic is local & will come to U! Thanks, O'Reilly!

like to say that I got good service but Francisco service was above and beyond excellent. They help me research ecm number of my engine to find the correct part for my vehicle. I was so happy with their service I wanted to buy them lunch but all they said was thank you and that that's what they're there for. Thank you Francisco for your great customer service

First experience at O'Reilly and if I lived in Salinas, I would definitely go back for all my car part needs, all due to the amazing customer service I recieved from Marco. If you're lucky, he'll be there when you go. He was accommodating & supremely patient with two totally car-clueless customers and answered all our questions to a degree we understood.

Called talk with a young lad named Fransico I had explained to him what size bulbs I needed and I was going to be in the store in the next few min and when I arrived to the store yes they were up in the front counter for me it helps because I have a disability that prevents to stand long period of time. Good job in helping out the disabled Francisco and O'Reilly team.👏👏👏

The store makes it easy to find the parts I need. When I have questions, the employees are helpful and provide me with good answers. When I needed a check engine code read, a clerk came out to my car and read out the code and gave me advice on how to solve it. Really appreciate it thank you.

I want to leave this review before I leave the parking lot and forget. I find myself often complaining to myself or with my wife about the customer service skills of our younger generation. Well I was pleasantly surprised to find a well mannered and respectful young man. He was considerate enough to ask if I could use a box to transport my heavier items easier. Excellent job young man on knowing how to treat your customers. Great job Emmanuel! I hope your management staff encourages your improvement. In time, you could easily become a manager. Work hard and keep learning at school. Never stop learning!

I've received several recommendations to go to O'Reilly when my car is in need of something and I've never been impressed. Four years ago we purchased a battery from them but were told they couldn't install it at the time. We spent 3 hours and an addition $60 for tools to try and get my old battery out and the new one in. We finally managed it with half a day wasted in their parking lot. Fast forward to today any my husband went to 2 different locations, I called 3 locations, all of them stated they were unavailable to install batteries. If you go to the O'Reilly website it is written ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE THEY REPLACE BATTERIES FOR FREE, however, this isn't really true. The people they employ refuse to actually offer this service. They gave my husband a box of tools with the new battery and said good luck. He tried long enough and looked pathetic long enough that Daniel offered to help him and ACTUALLY assisted in installing the battery. We will NEVER go back to O'Reilly again. They will never get another penny from me. This was the last time. And they need to remove the service off of their website since they clearly don't offer it. It's just to look good. Thank you DANIEL at the North Main O'Reilly for being an awesome, thoughtful human being.

Can't complain about O'Reilly's. They are my go to store. I like them better then NAPA Auto Parts, Auto Zone, or Pep Boys. Sometimes their employees are either unfriendly or not knowledgeable, but other then that, O'Reilly's is a great store.
