Had an issue with. MY battery holding a charge. The people came outside tested the alternator and the battery. For free. Found the buy date on the battery was almost 6 years ago and the battery was purchased at the same O'Reilly's autoparts. They sold me a new battery with higher cranking amps ! It was on-sale. They even installed it as I was waiting at no charge.. Very nice people and good service 👍.

My go to place for parts for my non profit business Donut Auto. High prices though and the parts sometimes are bad or used out of the box. They always take care of me.

Lazy and stupid. The manager said, "Greet the customers when they come in." The lady did say hello. When I went to the counter with the oil, it was two dollars more at the register. I asked them to honor the price and they said no. So it's important to greet the customers but not honor the prices or even change the labels. Looked fully staffed to me, I saw 5 employees. So short sighted. I went across the street to Advanced auto for principal.

Anthony was a big help getting me the parts i needed for my 03 F350. The store didn't have my rotors in stock, so he verified with another store and had them pull them for me. Really helped expedite the situation. 10/10.

I walked in and wasn’t there but 5 seconds and I said hello and the guy cut me off and said how can I help you and I advised him that I needed a battery for my key remote and he gave me a stank face and eye roll and just out burst to say he didn’t feel comfortable opening it up and I never asked him to help open it up and he upruptly said have a nice day. I called to ask for a manager and he said he was the manager. So I hungup and called other location and they said they do it all the time. I buy parts all the time from there and my husband to but that really messed up my day and it’s hot and am pregnant

Very poor customer service by the manager. Purchased all my brake pads here within a year. Today my brake pad broke apart while stopping at a stop sign. I was able to find a good size piece of of the brake pad in the area it came off. I took that into the store and the manager said I needed the back plate. I told him I was unable to find it. The manager told me to go back out and search for it again. Really... it was at a busy intersection about 20 miles away grass was high and it was difficult to even find a section of the broken pad. This manager had no concern I was driving missing a critical part. Horrible customer service and lack of concern for customer safety. He should be replaced he doesn't care about the customer at all.

I do not use my real name online but I've been coming through this place as a commercial customer for years and I have to say I've enjoyed the management and the commercial department heavily. The store manager was Chris McCain when I first started here which with his promotion Lori Benson has grabbed the reigns. Chris is a very good guy, very professional and I enjoyed all the interactions I've had with him and he still acknowledges me Everytime we cross paths. Lori Benson is someone who couldn't of fit the shoes any better. She's very smart, professional, runs a tight ship (at least when I'm there during the mornings and early afternoon). As for the commercial side of things I've seen employees come and go but they still have a couple of veterans that are highly communicative and good at their jobs. By far 2288 is the best O'Reilly auto parts that I've come across and with all the foot traffic they still keep it top tier.

I called today looking for exhaust gaskets for my vehicle that they did not have nor could they get. Lori went above and beyond to point me in the right direction to find what I was looking for. Unbelievable service. This lady was awesome.

Was walking around and Vic, an employee there asked me if I need help. I asked for where the gasket sealer is and he knew where it is and got it for me. Great service!

Out of all the O'Reilly's that I have been to, this store here has not only met my expectations on good and accurate service but has exceeded them as well. The employees are very helpful to me in finding what I'm looking for and what I need. The store is very well organized and nothing is out of place. On top of that, the prices are fair. 10 out of 10, I will be continuing to come here to buy the parts I need for my car. Love O'Reilly's auto parts.

Vic is the man! He offered advice on my sisters Corolla. Did the brakes and rotors and bled the brakes too. Walked me thru the steps on how to bleed the brakes. And car stops on a dime. Now for new tires and LED headlight kit and a full detail. God bless this store. Gotta do the rear brakes and rotors in about 2 months. Will definitely be back.

I bought a new battery for one of my company cars because I had a problem with the battery losing energy. I stopped by to get a diagnosis and the guy told me everything was ok, but I didn’t want it to happen again, so I bought a new battery and called my mechanic. My mechanic told me the problem was the alternator, so I went back to Oreilly to get a credit back for the battery and purchase the alternator. They checked the battery for damage because the manager accused me of damaging the battery. The guy inspected the NEW battery by manager’s order. The worker stated the battery was good, but the manager refused to take it back accusing me of bringing back a bad battery and telling me I couldn’t get a new one. I explained multiple times that I did not want a new battery. I needed an alternator. This manager would not listen nor seemed to care. I used to be a frequent shopper here, but I am disappointed that they judge you before even listening. Now I have a new battery I don’t need, but I’ll definitely take future business elsewhere. If you want to be judged and not listened to when you have issue, this is your place!
