Bought a belt here for my jeep. My wife who has been a mechanic for over 30 yrs as a civilian and for the military put the belt on and the very next day it was already shredding apart. We took pics of what was happening and the pieces of belt that came off. Took the pieces back to store with receipt and when the employee came out to look under my hood his first words were where are all the other belts. We said that there was only one it was a serpentine belt. Then he said it was probably a pulley that was seized. Wow! I guarantee no pulley was seized. My wife is very thorough with working on engines. She checks everything and even checks everything around the are she works on just to make sure everything is in good working order. She is very thorough like I said. They just didn't want to be held responsible for their product or any damage that it might have caused. He then turned to my wife who was already fuming cuz the belt had shred after not even a full day of being on. He told her he would replace it this one time. But they way he said it was an insult to my wife and her mechanic ability. She about bleeding a gasket herself. No matter what caused it , a belt even a poor quality one should of made it further the a day before coming apart. All we asked is that they stand behind the products they sell. Now because some of the belt got wedged under my power steering pump pulley, its makes a squealing noise constantly now. Never did before this happened. Not to mention it was a new power steering pump and pulley just put on less than 6 months ago. They needs people that know how to work on engines to determine what is going on instead of ones that dont know how many belts a vehicle has. He just made himself sound like an idiot right off the bat. Not to mention dont ever insult a woman mechanic, the outcome will not be good. Being a women first they are always having to prove themselves and that they can do the job. These women already know their stuff and can without a doubt work on these engines proficiently. So dont insult their intelligence it just makes you sound stupid.

Lol....I would give em a zero star if I could. U shouldn't look at someone stupid instantly.... because I didn't remember which store a battery was purchased at . Didn't say AutoZone on it ....got a sarcastic comment instantly. "That's a Auto zone battery....we don't sell that "

Great prices, selection amd service. Knowledgeable staff is quick to find the parts you need at unbeatable prices, and student discounts offered for CURRENT students certainly keeps the ramen noodle fund stocked. We shall be back again!

Im always working on something so it seems like I'm always pricing parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and can usually answer questions about the parts I'm calling about. There has been more than a few times when I was dealing with some kind of issue and had to be creative to get it done, so I was able to brainstorm and bounce ideas off the staff and they'd always have feedback to help me out. I always choose O'Rielys over the competition ever since they used to be checkers

There are so many auto parts stores in the area, there is no reason to ever stop at this one. They gave me the wrong part and treated me like I was in the wrong. They actually tried to talk me into telling me this was the right part. No apologies no customer service!

I had a great experience last week at O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1005 Highway 50 West, specifically because of Michael. Michael went way beyond in helping me fixing my mirror on my truck. Definitely earned my future business because of the customer service I received with Michael.

The price posted for oil was $3.99, however when I reached the cashier, the price was $5.49. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told that the tag should have been pulled and the clerk wasn’t going to honor it. I challenged him and was told by him that he makes minimum wage and he couldn’t do anything about it. Take it or leave it. I asked to speak to a manager at that point and the manager also pushed back and said they forgot to pull the tags from the previous sale. I was confused as to how that was my problem. I continued to insist on the lower price which was clearly marked and finely received it. After completing my purchase, I was told I was rude and he didn’t have to take it and reminded me again that he only made minimum wage. His statements were irrelevant to the poor customer service that both he and his manager displayed. When I left he bowed and said, “Namaste”. I was appalled and frustrated at the way I was treated and will never ever shop at O’Reillys again.

If I go to an auto parts store because I want to spend money to give myself work. The only good part is that I didn't pay for someone else five times more to do it. People who work at an auto parts store are typically courteous, knowledgeable, and you can talk to them from across the store and nobody is going to complain.

Everybody points crazy just about every store you venture into you're asked for some kind of loyalty card a customer might be a little more grateful if they would just put a name with the order that way they know who you are when you walk in and ask for your parts. courtesy call would have been nice ,I guess they don't do that any more either

Wow, just wow. Called 3 auto parts stores in Pueblo for a new battery. This the only store that would help me with the installation. Jay, one of the women that worked in the store is an absolute ROCK STAR!!!! She helped me (67 yr old women) and went above and beyond. It's too bad customer service is a thing of the past but certainly not here. Thank you so much Jay.

Not bad for an OReilly.. super busy foot traffic and you still have to go to the Belmont store because it's out of stock. Or leave and go the county anyway.. it's only got the common things and never enough of them.. high theft area so tons of missing components on and open packages in the store.. oil bin sometimes full and has bums asking for your change..

O’Reillys is always helpful. This store was no exception. I needed a radiator cap on a trip and they had one in stock and it was simple to put it on once the car had cooled down.

Always so helpful. A window replacement company reinstalled my wiper arms improperly which caused my blades to tangle up and one to come apart. They denied causing a problem so I went to O'Reilly's. David, the assistant manager, came out, diagnosed the problem, helped to readjust where the blades sat on the windshield, replaced and reinstalled a new wiper blade. I could go to the other locations in Pueblo but have always had good reliable, friendly service at the Hwy 50 location. The other locations are helpful as well. I only go to O'Reilly's for auto parts and help.

Each and every time I have been in the Walsenburg store, the staff has always been professional, and strived to accommodate my needs. If in the rare occasions if a part was incorrect other by my error or an ordering snafu; it was taken care of in a professional manner. No such luck yesterday. An issue with a part ordered occured. While telling the Assistant Manager the part was incorrect, he became very defensive about the error. He insisted that it was indeed the correct part. It again was not. He accused me of causing a disturbance two weeks prior which is totally erroneous, as the only reason I had visited the store then was to purchase antifreeze and check codes on my vehicle. No issues with staff then, none until my last visit., At that point, I somewhat rudely informed the assistant manager about the lack of respect and returned the very language used towards me resulting in an altercation just short of throwing blows. The assistant manager as well as one staff member became very agitated and before I could get my business done, demanded that I vacate the store minus my refund. This I'm sure is a one off. If it occurs again, the law will be called and a lawsuit will ensue.

Every time I go to this store, I have been treated with respect, by very professional and friendly staff. The store manager was very helpful and patient while assisting me to locate parts for my vehicle. Also, when I went there, another time ( just for a quick computer scan diagnosis), the person who helped me was very fast, kind and helpful.
