Waited for 10 minutes at the counter one night needed some help with an item. An older gentlemen was working and had no intentions of moving in any quick speed to offer me help. So I bought the tool I did in hopes it would work because I got tired of waiting for any help.

My serpentine belt broke this morning and I coasted into their parking lot. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They had all the parts I needed and loaned me some tools. I fixed the car in under 30 minutes and made it to work without anyone truly noticing the delay.

Always love coming here! Logan the Assistant Manager does an awesome job. He's always very helpful and knows how to help. Most of the other employees are very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for any auto parts needs.

Great place, Super Nice Employees.. My husband got a Air Filter for our 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty at a great price. He also got his Military Discount. Will be back. Excellent Service. Thank You. A+++

The manager is in the bathroom 24/7 according to the employees. If you call the store and ask about a part they'll instantly answer "Don't have it" then hang up on you. No checking is done to see if they actually have it or not. Whoever is running this joint needs to be fired and replaced by someone who can actually represent Oriellys how I'm sure corporate would want them to be represented.

Best experience at an automotive spot. Came in with 2 low battery key fobs and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Seaton not only told me what batteries I needed but switched em out for me. That's good customer service, thanks Seaton.

I went into the store today for a rear turn signal light bulb for a 2014 nissan altima s at around 12pm 1pm today September 26th 2024 and the manager on shift told me that I had to replace the whole housing for $180 dollars, just to replace the bulb because they were led. He was way off his knocker so instead of arguing or insulting his intelligence I peacefully left and went to auto zone and got the bulb I needed...they have to do better over there...smh

Usually, this place offers GREAT customer service. However, when I went in today, Oscar, was so rude. He wouldn’t help me change my headlight at first, he took other customers ahead of me, disrespected any person that wasn’t a “man,” and just left after he was done helping me. I understand places get busy- however, Oscar has the worst customer service of anyone I have dealt with at this location. Thank you for helping me change my headlight in the rain… but no thank you to your attitude.

Needed to replace break pads and have rotors replaced after a set of AutoZone pads failed in under three months the gentleman that helped me was very nice and they TURN ROTORS for eight dollars each plus the money spent on pads I fixed my beauty for what the other guys wanted for a single rotor and the pads fit much better than AutoZones you have a new customer for sure

Check engine light was on in my jeep. Stopped in to have them hook it up and get code for why it was on. Standing beside my vehicle (a jeep wrangler) he asks ,year, and if it's a 4 cylinder, then asked is it a wrangler or Cherokee? I was stunned! And you sir work at an auto parts store? He gets codes to come up ,rattles them off and walks back in store. I'm like wait , I wont remember that. He asked do you have a smart phone, take a picture. Later, found out they can print it off on paper ugh!

Trying to help Grandson in another state get auto parts that he needs. But you have to have my credit card in person. Dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Guess we will use your competitor after all. You may have better prices but your customer service stinks.

Great service at this store! Michael Byrne O’Reilly immigrated to America in 1849. Settling in St. Louis, he worked his way through school to earn a law degree, and then pursued a career as a title examiner.[1] His son, Charles Francis O’Reilly, attended college in St. Louis and went to work in 1914 as a traveling salesman for Fred Campbell Auto Supply in St. Louis. By 1924, Charles had become familiar with the Springfield area, having traveled by train to sell auto parts throughout the territory. By 1932, he had become manager of Link Motor Supply in Springfield, and one of his sons, Charles H. (Chub) O’Reilly, joined the company. Together they helped make Link Motor Supply the predominant auto parts store in the area.[1] In 1957, Link planned a reorganization, which included the retirement of 72-year-old Charles F. O’Reilly, and the transfer of Chub O’Reilly to Kansas City. The two made the decision to form their own company, O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. They opened for business in Springfield, Missouri on December 2, 1957, with one store and 13 employees.[1][2] Their sales totaled $700,000 in 1958—their first full year of business. By 1961, the company's volume had reached $1.3 million in combined sales volume of O’Reilly Automotive and their Ozark Automotive Distributors, a division formed to serve independent automotive jobbers in the area. In March 1975, annual sales volume rose to $7 million and a 52,000 square-foot facility was built for the O’Reilly/Ozark warehouse operation. By that time, the company had nine stores, all located in southwestern Missouri.[1][3] As of March 2021, O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. operated more than 5,600 stores in 47 states, including Alaska and Hawaii and Mexico.[2] On April 23, 1993, the company completed an initial public stock offering, and since then trades on the NASDAQ market under the symbol ORLY. The company offers a stock purchase plan to employees in order to enable as many full-time team members as possible stock ownership in the company.[citation

Went to get my car’s code read on 11/20/2025 and the employee was very condescending. Issue code was fuel system rich (p0175). When my wife asked what it meant he said’ “ it’s like when you put too much chocolate in something” with no further explanation.

Me and my boyfriend were driving back to Chicago after spending Thanksgiving in Pennsylvania. Of course during record breaking snowfall and winds the battery light came on in the car, so we pulled off the highway to get it checked out. The guys here were so understanding and gave us all the help they could. We ended up needing a new alternator that we didn't have the tools or time to fix it there but the guys here gave mechanic and hotel recommendations which we were so thankful for. They made a pretty sucky situation not so terrible. Wish I had paid attention to names but thanks to everyone working Sunday night 11/30!!
