The cashier went above and beyond to help me find parts they dont carry in store and cant order for me. After having the worst experience at the shaw location *never have had a bad experience with oreillys before them* Im glad this store and staff is available.

I've been having trouble starting my truck recently, 3 times in the last week. I'm thinking that the problem is the corroded battery post connections. I stop by the nearest O'Reilly store to buy 2 new battery post connectors. The O'Reilly employee greets me and offers his assistance. I explained to him my problem. He takes me to the area in the store that has the new post connectiors. While I'm deciding which connectors to get he explains to me that he can check the battery, the starter, the alternator, all at no charge to me. I say 'Sounds good. Lets check it out'. The O'Reilly guy checks the alternator and it's good, no charge. Then he checks the starter and its good, no charge. Then he checks the battery and it's sbowing signs of failure, no charge. Then he gave me a written quote for 4 different batteries. Still.....NO CHARGE! WOW, that's what I call great customer service......and I hadn't even bought anything!

I had an alternator issue that another O'Reilly's diagnosed, they sent me to this store. They were helpful in buying and returning of the alternator. The alternator wasn't the problem. Tony and Jose had great customer service.

Very nice staff, always very helpful with battery replacements, wiper blade replacements, and car oil purchases. Haven't bought anything else here yet, but I always stop here first for my car needs. They haven't let me down yet!

I went in last week looking for cleaning supplies on my way home and wasn’t greeted once. Four employees standing behind the counter stared at me as I walked in but greeted the man that came in behind me. I asked for an item and the lady at the counter simply point to another item near the register not even remotely what I was looking for and spoke with an attitude. Made me feel unwelcome, I won’t go back.

Not bad. The customer service is pretty great and efficient, and I do appreciate how informative the staff is and how they treat their customers when giving them information. It's never "no, you're wrong, it's this". It's always, "look at this, and this, and it's this, right? Well this is how that works." I appreciate a place that can treat me with respect still even if I don't know the answer.

This is the best auto part store i have ever been to. Sorry but I am not good with remembering names but the Mexican guy not only checked my battery. He took it out and replaced it for me within 20mins. Reminds me of the good old days with great service! Thank you so much

Picked up new wiper blades. They offered to install them. I thanked him, and said i would do them myself as i have done this before. He said o ly about 10% k ow how to do this. I was surprised. I guess it is good that they offer this free service.

Check batteries before you walk out their door. Purchased most expensive battery. Installed battery and Truck still didn’t start. Never thought it could’ve been the battery…shame on me for not checking. $330 tow later, shop said it was just a dead battery. Couple stars for the poor Manager that had to help me. I could tell it was embarrassing. Please be more diligent with what leaves your store.

Came here today to have my starter, alternator, and battery tested. The battery was bad but still under warranty, a rare win these days. Landyn helped me out by replacing the battery, and he even went above and beyond to clean off the battery acid on the connector part (Yep, I have no idea what it's called). Landyn was professional and thorough and even engaged in small talk (friendly service) while he was working. Great experience. I have been buying my car batteries from this exact location for about the last 20 years. This location represents Clovis well and has always provided top-notch service.

I buy ALL my DIY autoparts here. Called and they had to order a part but said they would match AutoZones price. When I went to pick it up, JUSTIN refused to match autozones price because autozone would have to order it.(same as O'Reilly had to) Now it was to late to order from Autozone so I was forced to pay 40.00 at Oriellys. Also JUSTIN refused to get a manager. Don't know what the problem was but they just lost a 45+ year customer. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!
