These guys are 100 percent. They found a part for my Accord hat wasn’t even in their inventory. One guy searched the store and another guy even looked up alternate part numbers online and found parts on Amazon. I’m definitely going back to this store the next time I need something for my car.

O, o, o, okay, this auto part store is located in a perfect spot if you are closer to the northern side of Yuba City. It shares a parking lot with a Shell Station (they do oil changes), Walgreen's, PetSmart, Togo's/Baskin-Robbins, Chipotle, Sell Phones, Chicago's Pizza, and more. I don't know much about auto-repair, but I do love the smell of these places, especially if they carry tires.

Oriellys gave us wrong transmission fluid so Courtney sent me to YUBA CITY TIRE PROS AND AUTOWORKS with a a filter and gasket, (which she later picked back up because they didnt change it, risking contamination to my transmission, hopefully not) to flush it and change the gasket and filter. Now it is leaking. I took it back to them two times and it is still leaking. They said they couldn't find the leak but they topped it off with fluid and tightened the bolts on oil pan, the first time, second time tightened two bolts. It was good for 3 days, Now it is leaking again. Because I'm a girl they are acting like I'm stupid and not interested in helping fix their mistake. They need to fix the problem not bandaid it. When I contacted the owner of orielleys back after they responded to my post they told me they did not respond to me. That someone was scamming me. You can see they responded to this post offering to help me but denied it when I contacted them.

We spent $400 here, and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. I'll avoid shopping here in the future.

So I didn't go there to buy anything but needed help to jump start my car as I know nothing about these things. When I asked for help, this young lady, I don't remember her name never hesitate, she went for the tools needed and helped me right away. This happen at the Yuba City branch right beside Walgreens. She even pointed out some other issues in my car and I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much and sorry I don't remember your name. I highly recommend this store.

Great company with a HUGE selection of parts and tools in stock. Great costumer service. And workers definitely know what they are talking about when it comes to cars and if you are having problems figuring out what part you need, how to install a part or anything like in general they will gladly take the time to help you solve the problem. They accept used oil for free as a drop off site. They also exchange batteries for a small fee. The rent out specialty tools as well for a fee that is returned when you return the tool.

Yesterday I went in to get my battery tested because a light came on on my car and I had talked to a worker before named Jose and I explained the situation and he told me to come in when I get there. Jose wasn’t there, but there was a girl there and she decided to help me she came out to my car and connected the thing and told me no your batteries fine your alternator is fine. Nothing‘s wrong and I asked her are you sure because I have this light on and it clearly says that is alternator or the battery no, you’re fine. If you want you could take it to a mechanic. I said do you think it’ll be safe if I drive home oh yeah 100% safe nothing’s wrong well moral of the story. I got stranded driving home and had to use AAA to tell me home , she acted like she did not know what she was talking about if you’re gonna work in customer service and help people you should put a little bit more effort. I definitely think that she needs more training because that’s ridiculous.

Looking for an experienced team in the auto parts sales and services; I'd highly recommend, O'Reilly. I was greeted by professional and efficient team members who helped me assess my car issue. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes including my service. Thank you Cody and Courtney.

The staff is really helpful and courteous. I needed new windshield wipers for the winter season and a nice young lady helped me put them on. I had no idea it was so easy! They also helped me with a filter and a headlight bulb. I feel comfortable with the staffs knowledge about my vehicles.

I went into O'Reilly's looking for a sit-on lawn mower battery and they had two options. Was very reasonably priced for a battery that was 6 volt battery. Helpful and fast

I'm giving O'Reilly's 5 star because theyve been nothing but helpful over the YEARS I've been giving them my business. Up until just about a month ago. I won't go into great detail but I will give the jist of it ... Ordered brake shoes for my lady's Corolla. First they were wrong ones. Then the right ones completely disingrated after 2 days of driving. Took them ( what was left of them ) back for a refund to be told I put them on wrong and that I'm screwed. Now I'm not saying I'm an expert or anything or never screw up but, I've been to automotive trade school and worked in the trade for over 10 yrs. Never have I done a poor job as to where the brakes disingrate after 2 days. It was clearly a bad batch where as the glue didn't hold up to the heat and fell apart. But these "know it all " behind the counter mechanics clearly can tell that it's a poor job done by looking at the product. Anyway, O'Reilly's across town took one look at them and refunded my money which why I'm giving them 5 stars. They've reinforced my trust in them by that simple gesture. That is all. * EDIT * I'm referring to the O'Reilly's in Vallejo on Springs Rd and Sonoma Blvd.

I would normally give 4 or 5 stars, and I shop here regularly at this location as it's close to my house. A majority of the time they have the parts I need, and the prices are mostly reasonable. The reason I gave 3 stars is the fact that more than once, I've been given the wrong part for my 2 vehicles. It's really frustrating when you have your vehicle torn apart working on it, and you go to install the part you've been sold, and find out it's the wrong one. I understand sometimes mistakes are made,, but I feel like maybe train the staff more ,or hire more knowledgeable staff. And on more than one occasion I've come in, and have had to wait for help when the employees are on their phones or standing around talking to other employees......other than those 2 things, I appreciate having an O'Reilly auto parts nearby, and that if they don't have a part in stock at that location, they can order it, and usually have it that same day.

I stopped here looking for a part for old Ford F150 pickup truck. They didn't have it in stock, but they could have it there for me the next morning. I really wanted to get the job done that day, and mentioned that to the salesman. I had my wallet out ready to pay and order the part when the salesman said, let me call over to Ford and see if they have one. Ford just a couple blocks away did have my part in stock, so i went over there and got the wholesale price on the part. Now this, in my opinion is the definition of great customer service. The guy at O'Riley Auto Parts, on Hwy 20 in Yuba City, went above and beyond what he needed to do, knowing he would lose the sale, just to provide first-class excellent service. I won't buy an auto part from anyplace else in the future. Thank you O'Riley!

Went in to simply get my check engine light codes read. The older lady with glasses and ginger hair pretended to scan my car, then told me no codes came up for my check engine light. Meanwhile, the whole time, she was complaining about how she "didn't get paid enough for this." Very unprofessional and rude employee. She honestly just didn't seem to care at all. Instead, I took my car to Auto Zone. They attended me politely and had zero issues reading me the check engine light codes. Thanks, Auto Zone. I will be going to you guys from now on.
