Very good .kim Scott Victor .. The other guys I dealt with need people skills.I don't think any other businesses have so many ignorant people to deal with . Hard to believe but I've worked for car parts places before and it can be a real pain. Good job Kim! You are perfect there.

Spent a couple hours in the parking lot here trying to fix the taillight on our boat trailer. The staff was helpful, and didn't complain about our rig taking up so much space. They loaned us tools and gave us suggestions. This is a new store, but one I'll return to!

Was looking for a tow ball in the neighborhood and luckily saw this place. Guys inside were friendly and funny. Got what I needed no problem. Everything else is pretty much as expected. Clean. Well laid out floor. Easy to find items.

Well staffed, availability was good (cosmetic/detailing for inside and out) . Would've given a 5 star review but after the 4th employee asking if I needed help within 4mins of each other, it gave me the impression as tho I was being suspected of shop lifting. So I did cut my visit short. Otherwise, clean and seemed organized.

The old guy at night chopping gum in your ear while your trying to talk is annoying. He also kept arguing with me about what part fits my vehicle. I gave in and said fine what ever got home and look at that wrong thread pitch and size.

Marcus was the best. He helped out with the order , explained the rules for renting equipment and carried my bags out to the car and battery back into the store. I didn't understand all the terminology, but he was kind and polite in my requests!

Prices are usually good, employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I made the mistake of coming here on a weekend and the line was so long I went to another store. Not the fault of anyone working the registers. The fault is higher up.

People at the counter don't listen and sell you the most expensive unneeded part. They sneak stuff into your cart. Don't trust them and watch your receipts.

Typically I get my paints from the Westwood location but I have been to this O’reillys a couple times and I have very friendly experiences with the employees of this location. However, tonight was one of the worst experiences that I have experienced with any auto parts store probably ever with the employee Marcus. I had called to see if they had the paint I needed in stock, and he said there was 2 left. I told him please reserve them for me and that I am on my way. On the freeway my GPS was showing that I would be there at 9:01 so I called Marcus and told him this. He said “just make sure to be here before 9:01 and I only found 1 can not 2.” I said that’s fine please reserve it. I was going 55mph down Victor Avenue trying to get there in time because since my car is still wet I borrowed my brothers Tahoe and gas isn’t cheap.I had called them right back to tell them I am right at the light and pulling in, but the phone kept ringing and ringing... Needless to say I got here at 9o’clock and the doors were already locked, I could hear my phone call through the doors and no one was picking up. I waited, I called, I understand that I should ha e gotten what I needed before starting my project but I have never had customer service like that with any O’Reillys before. It was very unprofessional now I have to pay my brother gas money for pain that I wasn’t even able to purchase. I wish that Marcus would have just told me that they are going to lock their doors right when the clock turned 9 PM or something saying they couldn’t wait the 60 seconds to help me out so that I didn’t waste my time, money, and energy for nothing. & I have Spent thousands on project’s between O’Reillys and AutoZone combined.. Would give 0 stars if I could. THANKS MARCUS.

I don’t know who this aerial girl is but Markus is one of the best nicest employees there very helpful! He even went out of his way to help me look for and get a part to get my car back on the road he even kept the doors open for me after I told him I was heading up from Anderson it was 910 when I got there wonderful experience I highly recommend compared to another guy there

First time buying parts today, won't be my last! Newest O'Reilly's in Reddiing, cleanest and most helpful O'Reilly's too! The gal in there was very polite and helpful. I only got a few things but was impressed with the store's layout and how clean it was. The parking lot seemed full, but it wasn't too busy inside. I am guessing all their parts runner cars are just taking up parking spaces on the weekend- they should make a deal with the walner plumbing guys to park in their fenced yard on the weekends for free up the prime spaces in the parking lot.

I have to say that the location on Hartnell and Victor is just amazing! So is the one in Anderson. Shout out to their delivery driver! I didn't catch your name, I'm sorry, but he's awesome too. Every O'Reilly I've gone into has been so pleasant and very helpful. However I must say today was massively an exception. It wasn't good service,... it was Excellent service! Eric, Thank you so much. You are an amazing individual and thank you so much for your help and kindness. Keep up the good hard work and being a wonderful person. One of the guys was very helpful and assisted with suggestions on items I was looking for. Enjoyed the humor played back as I got a small tire gage for my premium air filled tires and he was quick to show me their Blinker Fluid options 😂
