Multiple O'Reillys is an inconvenience when the MLK store sends you to the Louisville store to do returns or swaps. After a employee tried to help me the guy sitting in the window on oil dry (name tag Shan something) told him not to swap my parts because they came from Louisville so I had to go there. This is not O'Reilly policy but yet they do it so often. Please address this with this store.

I have a 2019 ford f150 and the rear differential pinion shaft bearings went out and O’Reilly parts people were able to get what I needed after I was told by two other well known parts suppliers said they were dealer only . Way to go O’Reillys

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received in an auto part store...The guys were Extremely Rude over the phone and in person!! I wouldn't go back to this store if it was the only parts store open! Not welcoming at all...and I was told by one guy, as he proceeded to explain how he breaks into cars, that If I would hush, he'd tell me how to do it! On top or that, they weren't knowledgeable about the things in the store!

I called to price a part for my car and the man who assisted me was very nice, professional and was quick to look it up and give me a price and they had the part in stock. When I got there to pick it up, he had it pulled and knew it was for me and had it ready. They had it the cheapest too! Thanks again. I will be going there for now on. I ABSOLUTELY recommend O'Reilly's to everyone who needs parts for their vehicles.
