The assistant manager helped us. He was great! I was very appreciative that he didn't make me feel inadequate because I was a female working on a car!! Bonus points for that!! They price matched which was also great! The store was very clean and organized as well!

BEST SERVICE EVER!! I recently had a problem with my car, it was pretty serious, and I had to fix it myself. Shawn, the branch manager, was AMAZING and demonstrated a the level of service and guidance I have experienced only a few times in my life. I had a REALLY crappy day, but my day was MADE after visiting the Oreillys on Ten Mile Rd in Meridian, ID. This guy deserves a raise. I DID fix my car with Shawn's suggestions and encouragement. Service was great, the man TRULY cares for his customers. I HIGHLY recommend this branch of Oreilly's Auto Parts. Thanks again Shawn, you're amazing sir.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR BATTERY HERE! They won't honor the warranty if the battery is defective. I bought a car battery here, and it had a warranty. Well within the warranty time frame the battery stopped holding a charge. I took the battery back to them to get replaced. They said they would need to test to see if it was actually bad, so they did, and they said that their machine that they used to test the battery said it was still good. It wasn't, it still didnt hold a charge but they wouldn't replace it. So i bought a battery from Autozone, and had no issue. I don't understand O'Reilly's angle, cuz i still needed a battery, i sure wasn't going to by it from them or anything else from them in the future. The cherry on top, while inwas there trying to get the battery replaced, a woman was there with the same problem and she said they do this all the time. So there you go, you've been warned.

Marcos, from the Meridian store went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get our license plates adhered to our cars. He had to try several different products and it could’ve been very frustrating, but he was so kind and didn’t stop until the job was done. It was also nearly 100 degrees that day and he was on black pavement doing the work. Absolutely made our day, and taught us a few things!

Today I went to O’Reilly’s to get transmission fluid for my Ford focus so that I could drain and fill it to replace old fluid. While there I also asked for spark plugs. Later after getting home and going to work on the vehicle to replace the things that I had just bought parts for, I discovered that everything they sold me was wrong for my vehicle and actually could’ve caused irreparable damage to my vehicle. How do I not been somebody that was mechanically? Inclined knew what I was looking at I would’ve put this stuff in my vehicle and ruined the transmission. Please be aware of this location as they do not know what they are doing.
