We definitely expected better. We took our white 22 WRX into Crown Auto Spa 13 days after purchasing the new car. We chose CAS by reading reviews online and even the few negative reviews we read, management reached out to try and resolve thier issues. We noticed flaws in our paint, micro scratches or whatever, nothing major, just that there were quite a few on certain areas of the hood, and we couldn't not see them whenever we looked at the front of the car. We figured that a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating would be a good choice to get the car looking as it was meant to be, and we'll protected. After CAS completed the 2 stage paint correction, and ceramic coat, we thought it looked great, but it was a gloomy day and the sun was about to set as we looked at it in front of the shop. However, when we got home, under our garage lights, we saw that nothing had noticably changed regarding the scratches, it was just very glossy and clean. We called right away, and scheduled a return the next day. The way we were treated was great, both owner and manager got involved, to try and make it right, but this review isn't about the great people that run CAS. The car spent another couple of hours there, and when they were done with it, a walk around was performed, and the scratches weren't visible under their lights. Again, under the lights in our home garage we looked at the car closely, and 90-95 percent of the scratches are gone, we was hoping for 99-100, but i guess we will settle. Our expectations were high because we have seen countless videos on paint correction on much older cars, that have a lot more swirls and scratches, and they come out beautiful, and many were on dark colored painted cars, we figured that a less than 500 mile white car should be easy enough to make just as beautiful. I wonder who ever said that scratches are harder to see on white cars? We can see every single one on ours.

They did a beautiful job on our car! It looks brand new. I spilled lemonade inside and you can't tell anyone ever spilled a drop. They came to my home and cleaned the car in the morning. Had it ready by noon. Best service ever. Do yourself a favor and have them detail your car. You won't regret it!

This was my second time doing business with Andrew and crew. First was a PPF on my corvette, second was a ceramic coat on my truck. Excellent service as always. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Crown Auto Spa. I used to not get my car detailed because I wasn’t sure who in the valley to trust with my beloved vehicle. They have single-handedly earned my trust, respect, and repeat purchases through the thorough and quality work they do. Andrew employs top notch workers that know how to get the job done and do it well. I hope more people recognize them as the Treasure Valley’s number one place to get any kind of PPF, detailing, washing, etc. done because they truly deserve it!

Crown Auto spa delivered beyond my expectations. I dropped the car off the night before at the key drop. They had it ready by noon the next day. My all around experience has been above exceptional. What an amazing place! They did my Honda Cr-V wonders. The inside was trashed from me eating inside of it for years, never getting it detailed. They spent an amazing time on my interior! I’ve taken it to other shops around the valley, but this place did the best by far. What I really needed was my carpets and seats cleaned, and they are completely spotless. 10/10 would go here again!

Crown Auto Spa (Gold package) did a pretty good job considering the condition of my truck. I have a 2011 Silverado that has many scratches, chips, stains and a little corrosion on the exterior. They made most clear coat scratches less visible. Only paint sanding would eliminate completely which I won't do for an old truck. The engine bay and undercarriage cleaning is what set them apart for me in the included price. Only defects I saw were a little leftover bugs on wiper blade holder and inside of my radiator/fan area in engine bay had dirt still, but I missed that on the acceptance inspection. Neither one was a big deal. I still give them 5 stars. They are better than some other places I've been to.

Andrew and his team did an amazing job on my 66 chevelle ss. They did a full detailing, clay bar, paint restoration, chrome, ceramic coating and interior. The car looks amazing. I am new to the area and after doing some research I am so glad I chose Crown. They even offered to drive me home when I scheduled the appointment. Great job and great service. And great people. 5 stars isn't enough to explain the awesomeness of Crown Auto Spa!!! Andrew and his crew are are in like white on rice! Amazing service time and time again, I've been using his services for years now, and am overly satisfied every single time! Made an online appointment with Crown Auto Spa and was able to take advantage of their promotions. They were able to get me in the same week for Xpel ceramic windshield tint and the Bronze detail package. The shop is nice and clean with a comfy customer waiting area. The staff here is friendly and know their stuff. All my questions were answered and they kept me updated on the progress and contacted me when my vehicle was ready. They did a fantastic job on the tint and the detailing. I'll definitely be back!

Did AMAZING!!! Very close attention to detail……. Worth every penny!!! Had him ceramic coat 3 of my cars now. In the pic are both of my model X’s Zoom in and you can see the water beading up showing how good the coating was. Every time we clean them it is way easier and they look new!!

I asked Treasure Valley Auto Customs about ceramic coatings after conducting my own research. I had been an auto detailer in the past and treat my own vehicles as I treated my customer’s. I opted to try the Owner’s Pride 7 year ceramic coat. I had my Jeep and Mustang done. The Jeep has four thousand miles on it and the Mustang sixteen thousand miles. The Jeep was purchased brand new, I waxed it monthly and washed it weekly. I never noticed how metallic paint was. I don’t know what they did, but the metallic is very prominent now. The Mustang is outstanding as well. The only way to describe the feeling of both vehicles is to compare with the glass screen on a new phone. Very fair price and knowing I don’t have to wax these vehicles for several years is very reassuring. They took the time to explain the cost, the process, and the application. Highly recommend.

Andrew was fantastic to work with on this OP ceramic detailing for my vehicle. The photos show the great depth and shine that he brought out on my black paintwork. I really appreciated his thorough explanation of the process and how to maintain it over the years (7-year warranty!). If you have reservations on who to trust your vehicle to for a proper and competent wax removal, paint correction, IPA wipe down, and other recommended prep work for an optimum ceramic coating, look no further! He even does a spectacular interior and engine bay detail! Thanks for putting my mind at ease and doing such fantastic work, Andrew!

**EDIT** Andrew the owner reached out to me ASAP, with great concern on how to resolve this. Andrew acknowledged my concerns and what exactly needed to be corrected. He quickly scheduled me back into the shop a few days later and went above and beyond, fixing all my concerns and made my car look amazing. I truly do appreciate Crown auto and the quick response for customer concerns. I'm not ever one to write a review. However, I just brought my car home after taking it to crown auto. I was excited and looking forward to getting ceramic coating done based on reviews and word of mouth. After getting home, I really noticed the poor quality job that was done. Water marks left on my wheels, NO tire shine on wheels (which is so simple), exhaust tips not even wiped which left hard water marks, wheel wells dirty, streaks from rags due to the car not being dried properly, and swirls on hood from “paint correction.” The interior was cleaned mediocre, but wasn’t even dirty to begin with. Lastly, when called to pick up my vehicle, I was basically rushed to get there within 20 minutes (and I live on the other side of town) because they have “other stuff to do.” Overall, upset with the quality for how much money was spent. Have a video of the hood with swirl marks as well (won’t allow me to post it here).
