UPDATE: 08-08-24 Prices have gone up!!! Ultimate is now $15 instead of $10, and they added an even lower tier called express. The wash is now becoming eh, at best. And it does get extremely busy in the afternoons, so ven during the weekday. It does a really good job! But forget about coming on the weekend, unless you show up at 8-9am. Otherwise you spend a solid 20+ mins waiting in line

This review is primarily for service. Jaime was phenomenal. We almost left because the wait was long but he gave us a time estimate and chatted while we waited. He talked about the different services, specials, what the services do, how to use the machines correctly, etc and ended up making the wait enjoyable. The car wash was fast and effective and the customer service is top notch.

One of the worst car washes in the Buena Park area so many better ones right across the street contact the number the give you here and the lady on the phone try’s to argue when ever you try to speak and says she can’t talk on the phone because she’s driving then puts you on hold for 30 mins and comes back in a rude manor! like why are you driving and wandering customer service calls you can’t be fully attentive for? Idk why even be apart of a business you don’t want to help in the long run.

The digital wash uses high-pressure water jets, professional-grade cleaning agents, and spot-free wax to thoroughly clean your vehicle without leaving fine scratches. If you truly care about maintaining your car’s exterior, I highly recommend this place for a safe and effective wash. One area that could use improvement is the drying zone. After car wash, when wiping down your car inside and out, the water pressure at the faucet stations is quite low, and currently, there are only two faucets available. There used to be three. If you happen to park a bit farther away, reaching the faucet can be inconvenient. I hope they consider adding more faucet stations and increasing the water pressure for better customer experience. Additionally, they provide coin-operated vacuums for interior cleaning. It’s affordable and convenient—just four quarters per session to keep your car’s interior spotless.

OMG this place is great. I have a sports car, so I like the fact that there is no tracks on the floor that would probably end up scratching my rims, so I liked that it didn't have the tracks for your tires you just go in and stop while you get a carwash. The greatest part about this carwash is it has a little game after you pay and it's like a slot machine haha and it has 3 little cars blue red and yellow, if you get the same color car 3 in a row you get a free carwash next time you go. I've won 3 times before but haven't won in a while now haha. So once you go into the carwash like I said a lot of sport cars like coming here because it doesn't have those big huge rags hitting your car it's a machine that completely circles your car with soap and water without the machine touching it. I used to hate going to carwashes that has those big spinners because It would hit my car so hard almost knocking my side mirrors off and I had a couple little dents from them to from them smacking against the car. That's why people come here to oc express car wash because it's free from all of that and will leave your car or sports car looking nice and waxed and shiny. I had a great experience here thank you oc express.

I usually haven’t had any problems here, but in the last month, I got charged $30 and wasn’t even able to redeem the rest of my car washes in the package. A few days later, I returned, and it said I was unable to use the code I’ve been using for months. I got charged again even though I didn’t use up the other washes that I normally do. Hopefully, they are able to fix it for me, but I normally don’t see any employees on site.

The vacuum is not great, but it won’t give 4 minutes. Not for cash or card they are stealing time in here. Anyway the car wash is good just don’t vacuum here

UPDAYE 2024: Price HAS GONE UP Mobil 1 also has the same touchless car was 12 dollars max price min 7 this is max 15! The machine is off by 7 mins the deal did not start at 7pm its off the far left machine. One time also i used a code for a wash and it it said go then stop and skipped my wash. Good place but has issues

Worst customer service in all of Buena Park. Will not be doing business here again. I was in line today for a self car-wash, somebody cuts thru like I haven’t been waiting a good 20 minutes. Both associates telling me to wash my car somewhere else because I complained about somebody cutting the line. Good job guys.

OC Express Car Wash is a good place with new systems and modern equipment, and the wash itself is decent. However, I feel the service doesn’t fully match the price, you may want to think twice about whether it’s worth the amount you spend. It’s convenient and clean, but there are other options that might offer better value.

This is one of the few touchless automatic car washes in the area. If you're worried about potential scratches on your paint from other machines that run brushes over your car then this is a good option. But really stuck on stuff will not come off with spraying alone so you will have to do a pre or post wipe yourself to get the stubborn stuff off. It does get pretty busy here so it's not really quick, but if you just need a basic spray down wash to get the exterior clean then this is a good spot to do it.

This is a great community car wash place. I like using the touchless drive thru car wash system. I'm not a fan of the drive in car wash places that hold on to the tires. This one is where you just drive in and park your car. The prices are also affordable. The area is always clean and well kept. They also have self service car wash. On the back side they have an area where you can park to clean and vacuum your car. This car wash in a small plaza & in conjunction with the gas station. Sometimes it is a bit busy, and there could be long lines. But there's always people cleaning their cars and never empty. People are generally respectful and I haven't seen any sketchy behavior.

Eulesis the associate was super kind and he hepled me operate self-service carwash, which was the best self-service carwash I've done. Strong water rinse, lots of foam, all spots and marks on my car were gone, and I'm very happy with how clean my car was aftwr the wash! Incredible!
