After buying a used 2014 BMW 328xd AWD diesel wagon (pretty rare combination), I decided to have paint protection film and ceramic coating installed on the vehicle. Another shop (Rock Guard Film) handled the film, and Joe at OCD handled the paint preparation (before the film) and ceramic coating (after the film). He told me I wouldn't believe how good it would look when I picked the car up. And even after being told that and setting my expectations accordingly, I wasn't ready for how amazing the car looked. The pictures attached to this review are four months after the car was coated. All I did was give the car a quick wash with a wash mitt, some car wash soap, and some good ol' Lower Macungie hose water. No scrubbing, no clay bar, no waxing. It looks like I just had it professionally detailed. Seriously. The township recently did an "oil and chips" road reconditioning around our development. My wife noticed a big black glob stuck to the paint by the wheel well and thought, "oh no." When she went to see how badly it was stuck on, the glob literally peeled right off. Be sure to ask Joe about ceramic-coating your window glass too - it's a worthwhile upgrade!

I brought my car to OCD for a full detail and they absolutely killed it. The paint looks insane, the interior feels brand new, and they hit all the little details most shops overlook — even the air vents, door jambs, and tight spots that usually stay dirty. You can tell they actually care about their work. The car left looking WAY better than when I dropped it off. Definitely won me over — this is the only place I’ll bring my vehicles from now on.

These guys are absolutely top notch. I took my car to them for a ceramic coating and we’re thrilled with how it turned out. The car had a lot of swirls and scratches from when the dealer “detailed” it when I bought it. He got all the paint imperfections out and even a few small dents pulled before coating it. His attention to detail is incredible. The paint looks like glass now. They also did a quick interior detail which looked incredible as well. If you’re looking to get any kind of work done by these guys you will not be disappointed. Worth every penny.

“Obsessive” is the perfect word to describe the level of care Joey and his crew take to remove every dog hair (short and long!), dust particle, and french fry I leave in my car when I drop it off at OCD. They use the best products so your car smells fresh, not overwhelming and everything is returned to the sheen from the day I got it from the dealer. And any bugs or sap from leaving my black Wrangler outside all the time are gone when I pick it up. Scratches are gone, or at least minimized, and the finish is good enough to repel rain for weeks. Best of all Joey is the one person I entrust every decision I make about buying a new car because he knows them inside and out, including the people in the LV who are great to buy a car from. OCD has raised and set the bar very high for car detailing in the Lehigh Valley and the loyal following is indicative of that!

I've been working with Joe at OCD for 5 years and my experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. There are many places that claim to be an Auto detailing shop..well, this place is more than just a detail shop! These guys at OCD take care of all my cars like they own them. They actually appear to be excited to be able to detail my cars every time I bring one in. I’ve know Joe for many years and his work is always exceptional! I have a company vehicle and they always get me in and out so we can get back to work. With that being said I have a few other co workers that take company vehicle to get work done as is always done in a timely manner. Been to other repair shops that say they need more than a day to get repairs. The team at OCD knows the importance of our vehicles and do everything to get work done in a day and sometimes half days!
