I’ve had both of my vehicles detailed here 2 times each. The first experience last spring was great and I left a 5-star review afterward. Since then, my experiences have gone downhill dramatically. First, good luck getting through to them on the phone or a return phone call if you leave a message. Second, I highly recommend not booking online. I scheduled my last detail online and when I arrived the morning of the detail, no one was there. I was told that their online scheduling system doesn’t sync with their manual system (?) so they don’t always know when they get a booking online. They said that the best way to schedule is to call. Well, reference my first issue above about getting through or returning calls. Third, my last detail was last fall. I scheduled and paid for a full detail with the optional paste wax. Not only did they ignore 2-3 tar spots on the driver side door, they got wax all over the black plastic exterior trim around my wheel wells and truck bed. Literally about a dozen large spots of white wax on black plastic. They’re still there 5 months later. It’s like they waxed the truck with their eyes closed. I will post pictures later. Needless to say, I’ll be having both of my vehicles detailed elsewhere from here on out.

Took two of my vehicles in for detailing. The Ram pickup and the Ford Edge both are used to haul our two German Shepherds around, and both had enough dog hair to build a third puppy. John and crew did a fantastic job, got ALL of the dog hair out, carpets were immaculate, not residual dog odor whatsoever. Highly recommend this place!

I took my 2012 convertible to Nu Life Detailing and the results were amazing. I had them detail the inside, outside and engine compartment. My car looks brand new! I am so pleased with the results! Simply put, make them your auto detailer, period. We had our Lexus detailed there today and Nu Life did an amazing job. We live on a dirt road, which has not been kind to our car, but you would not know it after having it detailed by Nu Life. They did a great job, everyone was committed to doing the best job, scheduling was a breeze, and they offered a full range of services. The location was reasonably close to us and it was clean and well organized. Our car turned out better than new and everyone there was terrific. They receive our highest recommendation

My car came with a crazy bright chrome on the door handles, and on the shifter, the sun would reflect and blind me while driving. I had this awesome crew meticulously paint over the silver, and they did awesome! They have an eye for detail, got all the silver covered, and it looks cool! They get the job done with lots of care in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
