Developed crack in RV windshield in Alaska and taped up to hopefully hold until returned to US. Worked with insurance, who were not helpful in finding place to repair. Had used Novus years ago when similarly had crack in windshield. Called them and Terri handled everything (including dealing with insurance company). Arrived at appointment, glass was there and Matt did exceptional job of replacement of windshield. Even fixed a few minor chips and seal. Professional service all around—definitely recommend the business.

It was late afternoon when I had a rock chip my windshield. The CDA location was booked up but they offered to get me in right then at the Spokane location. The front desk ladies couldn’t have been nicer and the work was very professionally done. I wouldn’t have had the time to get it repaired for another week if Novu hadn’t been so accommodating, and I definitely would have been paying for a new windshield. Thank you so so much!

Used Novus' website in the morning to request a free quote and upload a picture of our cracked windshield. Received a phone call within the hour to confirm some details and they provided us the quote. I honestly didn't shop around but their customer service immediately landed my business. They were able to get us in same-day for a full windshield replacement. The new windshield looks amazing, I can't believe we were in-n-out all same day. Will definitely go back for any future windshield needs. Amazing job and I'm super impressed.

I was from out of town, leaving the following day and needed my entire windshield replaced on a Monday morning... Not a good situation to be in. Fortunately Matt was able to accommodate me and the process was seamless and incredibly professional. I was very impressed with Novus Glass and their level of excellence. We were just beginning a cross country road trip when I discovered that our windshield not only had a crack but the crack was increasing in length. I was very concerned about our safety given the temperatures would be in the high 90s until we reached our destination. It was a miracle that we were able to get in and have the windshield replaced. I can't thank this business enough for their kindness in helping us out on short notice and the day before a three day holiday weekend. We were able to safely continue our trip and as I write this review, are a day away from our destination, safe, sound, and with no concerns about the windshield.

Visited here today to have a chip in our windshield repaired. The staff were friendly and courteous. They took their time to make sure repair was done correctly. The wait was a little longer than expected only because they were repairing a diesel truck windshield that took all the techs to get it in. Once they got to our car it went quite quickly. They also contacted the insurance company for us. All in all a good experience. Will use them again in the future.

Had to have cracked windshield replaced. Went into location scheduled appointment. Young gal at front desk very friendly very effective. Came in on day of appointment and dropped off car a little early; vehicle was ready before they said it would be. Will come back here next time I need my windshield replaced. They handled the insurance claim. I just paid my deductible straight to this Shop.

Just had the windshield replaced on my f150 got it back today. My first impression is that they did a good clean job. Even put my car wash and oil change stickers back on as well as tucked my wires for my dash cam back where they were before I dropped it off. I had pulled the wires down when i dropped it off so it would be out of their way so I was surprised to see they tucked the wires away cleanly and probably better then I had it when I did it. Good stuff

Fantastic job fixing rock chips. While this might sound like something easy, I've been to many places who didn't do the job, or didn't do it well. This location is so attentive to detail that I can barely tell there was even a chip. When one of my chips spread more during the fix, therefore taking longer than expected, they communicated with me clearly making sure I knew the reason why there was a delay. I'll never go anywhere else! They customer service is top notch!

I initially made an appointment with Terry from the Spokane Valley location after talking with Terry on the phone and talking with her in person at the business I cancelled my appointment. Terry was rude to me on the phone and rude to me in person. I cant believe she works in customer service. I will be calling around to find another business to deal with. I should of looked up their reviews before I made an appointment. There were a few negatives that described the employee Terry as rude and difficult to deal with.

When your road trip takes you through the mountain passes of northwestern Montana in the winter, you're going to get a rock chip. Hey that thing repaired at Novus Glass when you get to Spokane. Matt runs a great shop. We were in and out in less than a half hour. He even called our insurance company and got them queued up for us to make a claim.

Went a month or two ago to help my grandad get his windshield repaired. My grandad only speaks Spanish so I had to translate for him but the staff were very patient and kind. They not only did a great job on the windshield but also showed genuine care for customers and were friendly.
