The most important thing in any business is to show up on time. This Go Mobile Wash arrived on time. They had all the equipment, including vacuum cleaners, air compressors, etc. Two guys worked a solid three hours. They always maintained an air of professionalism. The job received a 9/10 rating. This is an extremely unprofessional person. When I inquired about a job I scheduled this person and when he never showed for the appointment and day to do the job I waited and finally reached out to find out why he never showed for the job. He claimed to have been in an accident. Which I was empathetic about fully and rescheduled. He did show finally for the work and I paid him 600 for two vehicles to be cleaned per our agreement I checked my vehicle when he was done and it was dark so the job looked fine. The next day I noticed that my entire dashboard and all of the compartments we not clean and the dog hair he charged me extra for was not gone from the vehicle and many of the areas next to the seats were not clean. He has left my floormats out of the car, which stayed out all night because I didn't notice. I contacted him a couple of days later and he stated he would come out and complete the job. Then he never showed yet again. I contacted him to determine what had happened and why he was unable to show to his appointment He informed me that he was in the middle of buying a new truck and was unable to come by and finish the job 2 days after that and him and I going back and forth he scheduled again for me today at 9 am. It is now 6:05 pm and he has still not showed with excuses every time about why he is unable to keep his appointment. I highly suggest looking for someone else to do your vehicle detailing or cleaning. He is extremely unprofessional and unable to keep his commitments and to actually fully clean a vehicle per his claims.
