Asked clerk about cleaning the pre-soak bins for the car wash and she said her boss only allows once/day.....hahaha...I'll be going elsewhere. Let's put dirty water on a dirty car.

To the Rude Female with Black hair. I can understand if you're having a bad day, not reaponding to a customer is pretty bad... Your attitude and demenor is awful. Why not make the best of out it. The sun was shiny and we were friendly. I never go to this station and won't return.

Very rude to me as soon as I pulled up, telling me to "hurry up" when I asked what he meant by that he said he wouldn't serve me because I had an "attitude" I asked what his name was and he refused to tell me. Had great service at the 76 in the same parking lot. Highly recommend skipping this Chevron all together.

Jeremy was my fuel attendant. I handed him my debit card and stated i wsnted it filled with regular. I asked if they did the rewards becsuse he didn't initiate that question. He asked if i had 2 different types, i didnt know, i usually give my my husbands cell number for rewards. I didn't ever have it be so complicated. I could detect an irritation coming from Jeremy so I asked "are you ok?" He didn't answer but instead fired the question back at me. After i asked for his name he tried to tell me it's his job to ask which rewards. I answered his question on whether I was ok or not, which NO, his demeanor added to a very hard day. He stated I didnt know his day was and for me to stop talking. He didn't have to talk to me. Well no, he doesn't. I had my pump stopped before filling because Jeremy and I weren't vibing. Worst experience from start to finish. Worst customer service I've ever gotten from Chevron. Thank goodness other locations didn't employ Jeremy. Ample places for people fill up without Jeremy's poor customer care. I hope though, Jeremy that you cheered up and things improved after I left. You were truly the topper to my day. You made this feel kind of personal. Please stay employed where you are so I know not to go there and know I won't run into again. Sincerely, Tina R.

Worst vacuums ever. I have a company car and am required to vacuum after every shift. So I’m familiar with almost all the vacuums in town. Easily the worst. They’re always available cuz they are worthless. Didn’t pick up anything and only lasted 60secs at best. 1st and LAST time I’ll be using these services.

Today the new manager at this station made my day! Automaric Car wash showed out of service after I had pre-scrubbed my car with soap. He came over to help, reset and send me through free of charge! Thanks so much! I needed this bit of kindness today!!!😁❤️

We can’t wash our cars in our park, so I have been going here for close to 5 years! The only car wash I have found that has complete TOUCHLESS Wash. I don’t want anything to touch my old 18 year old Jeep! The wash cycle gets all the way in the back of my Jeep, where a lot of others don’t. The new Graphene wax wash did an awesome job ! I always get friendly service here!!
