Probably one of the most depressing car washes I've been to. Had a card swipe, which only gives you about 2-3 minutes per swipe after reading the card on the 5th try. There were mounds of mud everywhere in the wash bay. There were bags of trash someone had tossed in the bay. The place feels run down and dated.

Touchless car wash took my payment but wouldn’t start. So I’m out $10.00 for nothing. Tried to call the number twice with no answer.

Place is going down hill big time. Ever since it sold, there is not hot water in the self-serve bays, automatic washes are always broken and nobody ever plows in the winter. Used to be an attendant there several hours every day too.

The only car wash inside the city (I think) it's very affordable. Self service wash starts at $1.50 and vacuum is $1 00. Automated car wash starts at $4.00. The guys that run it are pretty helpful too.

I have been here multiple times all for different reasons. Needless to say, I should have gone with my gut instinct when I thought it would be a good idea to go back. I tried vacuuming the inside of my car, and the vacuum would not as much pick up a pebble. That being said, it was only one dollar. And I shouldn’t have expected anything better. Wasn’t looking to make my car look brand new. But needless to say my handheld vacuum could do better

Swiped card and self wash wouldn’t start. Swiped it again, got it started but no soap so all I got was a rinse. They held $20. I called and explained. Never got a call back. Charged me $2 for the rinse. Poor customer service and apparently do not keep up on their supplies. It’s the last time I will go there.

The machine charged my card for more than the selected amount, the under carriage spray did not work, and no soap came out during the car wash. I called and left a message, but my call was never returned.

I was really bummed out that the automatic wash bay doesn't have a dryer and the coin bay has a dryer option but it doesn't work! Tried to buy a disposable towel but there was a coin stuck in the slot so I couldn't purchase! So, great for getting the grime off but the spot free rinse just doesn't quite get it 😔

Good place to wash your vehicle. I've been here many times. Easy access to and from. The ports are clean. The water pressure is very strong. The price is comparable to other self car washes. This place does have a vacuum, accessories for purchase and a change coin machine. I highly recommend this car wash.

I put my money in and the pressure washer wouldn’t turn on. Most of the time this car wash doesn’t even have soap. Not to mention the price says $1.50 but it costs $2.

Don’t use this wash. The soap from the brush smells awful, but worst of all, the soap somehow- and I have never seen this in my life- seeped underneath the clear coat wherever there were imperfections in the paint and would not rinse out, and caused paint damage before the soap was fully washed away! Eight hours later I cannot wash away the yellow soap stains from my hands. The card payment system is annoying and impractical. I would not recommend this wash to anybody at all!

We stopped by to use the vacuum. The suction was very low, so we took the hose off and it was full of grass and what appeared to be hay. It was gross and left us unable to vacuum out the car. When I went to call the car wash, there was a recording saying that the number had been changed to an unknown number.

My card was charged more than listed on the machine. Do not go here! Be ware! False advertisement. Update: After trying to unsuccessfully contact the owner or manager, I filed with the BBB and the Attorney General for assistance. I spoke with someone at the carwash and was told their charging system charges a maximum hold. Then after a few days of that max hold it SHOULD adjust itself to the proper price selected at time of service. It took three business days to adjust. The shop owner needs to post this information on site or online. They should also update their contact information because the phone number listed online was not correct. This would avoid much confusion and bad reviews.

I have tried this car was 3 times, Never has soap, never seems to be functioning, and it’s never labeled what one works or doesn’t. This business needs to rot. Go to the other washes so this one can go under and we can get something cleaned up nice there.

Bay is frozen solid and was charged twice and didn’t get a wash. The kicker is the number is disconnected.

Well I was going to stay here because I thought it was unlimited but now that I found out it’s only 15 washes a month I’ll be heading over to frogs for more options at the same price sadly. I enjoy touch-less so I don’t get micro scratches but I like that unlimited plan others offer. Also the dryers keep wanting to rip my wipers off :(

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.... Idk wth happened but my car is covered in a weird film that not only made the entire car hazy but got into my headlights one you can't even see the bulb anymore plus not only did I get jacked from the carwash it caused damage and half the machines stole my money... I have no idea how I'm going to fix my headlights short of replacing them Ive never had this happen before I'm actually sitting in the parking lot in shock of what to do
